Hello and thank you for this amazing plugin.
I have noticed that there are conflict issues with Masterstudy LMS plugin and WoobeWoo filters.
In Masterstudy, when you visit the settings of the plugin, the buttons become unresposive and there is something like a misalignment with the cursor. It is almost impossible to click on some settings.
In WoobeWoo filters it is impossible to click the down arrow to expand the filter settings. Create a filter and then try to open the settings of that filter by clicking on the down arrow to expand the settings.
Thank you

When using Ninja Forms (while editing a form), there is supposed to be a big X in the top right corner so you can exit the screen and return to the menu. When ThumbPress is ACTIVATED, this big X gets moved and no longer works (can not exit editing screen).
See attached screenshots.

Hello.
Thanks for your plugin.
I'm testing your free version.
I need a function.
It seems to me that no one does this.
For example.
I uploaded a 900x600 image.
Planig ThumbPress made the thumbnails according to the instructions.
All these images are smaller than 900x600.
But I need to make the images larger.
1200x1200 Pixels
1200x900 Pixels
1200x675 Pixels
1200x628 Pixels
1200x628 Pixels
1200x1200 Pixels
1200x628 Pixels
These dimensions are in the instructions.
But the plugin doesnt do them, which is why these sizes are larger than the default image.
Bottom line.
I don't care if I lose quality.
I need to automatically generate dimensions larger than my starting image.
Yes, not everyone needs this.
But believe me, this will soon be required more often.
How can I do this using your plugin?
Thanks for your reply.
Thumbnails are larger than the default size.

]]>Hi,
I have a big problem with images on my WordPress website, it takes now very long time every time I open my media file to find a picture for my article.
Then, I read that your plugin can help solve problem, and I didn’t try free version but pro directly.
But it doesn’t work, every time I try to find an unused picture I have timeout page.
Then I tried to contact support, but the last password I use to connect on your website stop working, I don’t know why and when I click on lost password, they don’t send email to made new password.
What can I do?
]]>Hi, I have your plugin installed on quite a few of my sites. It has really helped. Unfortunately I have noticed that it is consuming a large chunk of disk space. You have images in there that are over a meg and some over 3 meg. It makes me wonder about possible bloat in other areas of your plugin. It would be great if you could trim it back a bit or maybe more than a bit. Thanks, daphne

Hi there,
I have an odd thing happening when I add a new plugin with your plugin active.
When I use the Add Plugins admin page to add and activate a plugin, a button appears to refresh the page after activation.
But with your plugin active the button doesn;t work.’
With Thumbpress deactivated the refresh button works fine.
Not sure if it’s a big deal or anything, but figured it suggests there’s something not working 100% so I should let you know.
Kind regards,
JP
I can see others having similar issue. Is it solved?

]]>I want a specialist to look into my issue with ThumbPress which has refused to work on my WordPress website but has worked on other sites that are hosted on the same host.
This is a bid to reduce the image files on my hosting account and safe inode usage; whereby duplicate images of all kinds will be automatically removed and left with only the original image while also preventing WordPress from creating additional image duplicates when I upload an image file.
I use CloudFlare, so I paused CloudFlare for the site to try it; didn’t work.
Enabled the Debug option from the plugin; still didn’t work.
Please help me look into this issue. I don’t know why it’s not working on this very site.
]]>I recently installed ThumbPress and utilized its functionality to disable 12 extra thumbnail sizes on my WordPress website, which worked perfectly. However, when I attempted to regenerate previously uploaded images using the plugin, I encountered a problem. The regeneration process stops abruptly after processing 60 images.
Is there a known limitation with ThumbPress regarding the number of images that can be regenerated in a single session? I have a substantial number of images on my website, and it is essential for me to ensure that all of them are correctly resized as per my preferences. I am using 10 images to process per request.
I would greatly appreciate your guidance and support in resolving this issue. Please let me know if there are any settings or adjustments I can make to ensure a complete image regeneration process or if there is a known solution for this problem.

You currently have 8 thumbnails registered. It means, if you upload an image, it’ll generate 8 duplicates along with the original image.
Drag the image sizes you don’t want to generate to the right side. The image sizes on the left will be generated.
10 Thumbnails disabled
-2 Thumbnails will be generated
Any idea how to fix this? To be clear, the plugin is working – there are no thumbnails being generated.

hi, we are using https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-all-import/ for importing a load of images per day. It seems like your plugin is not hooked up to the way it loads up images, as all thumbnails are created (confirmed on FTP). Is it possible to handle it somehow?
