I subscribed to the 1000 credits option and purchased an additional 500 credits. I ran your plug-in in, and it was not generating any results but was taking away credits from my account. After writing your support, I received no response, so I canceled my subscription. Upon cancelation, my remaining 1000 credits from the subscription were removed from my account, followed by the removal of the additional 500 credits. This plug-in is a scam does not work, and is not supported.

We are running into issues of our servers getting bogged down, we started digging into logs and noticed this process appears repetitively:

Workers aren’t exhausted, but it bring the question- we only have automatic tagging on upload of images, is there background process that imageseo will continue to use?

Any images I upload seem to be ok. The URL is normal. I add it to a page with the add media button and everything is normal. When page is displayed instead of a normal URL in the HTML it is something like this:
https://DOMIAN-NAME.COM/medias/images/podcast-3.jpg

It should be:
https://DOMIAN-NAME.COM/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Apple_Podcast_Icon.png

like it is in the editor window.

I ran an optimization of 491 images on a client site yesterday, but when I go to re-audit the site it shows that there are still missing alt tags for images, and when I click on the plugin, it is frozen on ‘your old optimization is coming to a stop’. It has been coming to a stop for more than a day…

What should I do?

Would it be possible to schedule bulk optimization (for low traffic times) or to set a delay between each optimization (3 sec between files to be processed)? My site is on a shared server and I don’t want bulk optimization to take up so much resources that the server is overloaded.

The truth is that I can manage “data-pin-description” in back-end, but it is not displayed in frontend, so it’s note really useful :/

As soon as the plugin is activated, I went to the settings page : access unauthorized. Then the plugin was deactivated, impossible to activate again (no effect). I would have contacted you through the website, but oh surprise : no contact page, no legal information, no email no nothing. Seriously ?
I’m not giving a bad review on wordpress yet because it’s probably just some flukes on launch day, let’s wait and see ^^

That said, what can I do to activate the plugin ?

HI, I really like the looks of this plugin and think it will be of great benefit to me on one of my new projects. However, I have a question, does it support images already in the media library. I get the impression it only supports images that are uploaded while the plugin is active. Am I mistaking?
