Hello
My products on shopify and also the images are stored in my server
Is there anyway that S2W?plugin ignore importing images from shopify and use the same images stored in my servers?
]]>Used the S2W app, catagories, products, orders etc were migrated fine, but it didnt automatically add the product to their respective catagories as theyre currently on shopify?
]]>When I sync a product, all aspects except for the ‘Stock Status’ seems to sync.
It is correct when I import the product (I have products that are ‘On Back Order’) but this doesn’t update on Syncing.
Is this not an option with the S2W plugin?
Thank you

]]>Hi!
Is it possible to import the original url of the product?
I have a site with good traffic and i want to link back the users to my new shop. Why? Because i dont want to have a second “shop”, just an informational page which redirects traffic. Also i dont want duplicate content, since the site will have literally no product pages.
I tried to replace the domains, because names are same, but wordpress and shopify generate the path differently.
Cheers
Chris
Hello
After importing from Shopify to Woocommerce, my products are NOT accessible under the entered link. Neither in the overview via “View” nor in the single edit under Permalink.
What did I do: I used the import (basic version). After the first import all products were there and also clickable. Unfortunately the products were under Shopify under ….\products…. in Woocommerce under …\products…. . To correct this, I deleted everything and set the permalink for products to “/products/”. The new import works with the new structure. Unfortunately the products are not callable anymore. So error 404.
But in the category view the products are displayed. If one wants to call then the single product. The error 404 appears.
What can I do?
I wanted to avoid a 301 redirect with 150 products, mostly 30 variants and 8 images.
I have the Astra theme and Elementor Pro. Above the team builder but only header and footer customized. A single product page is still generated.
Thanks Martin

]]>We have been trying to import the products from Shopify to WooCommerce. The products have been successfully imported. However the images are not linked and there are repeated downloads of the same images … we have nearly 500+ products and doing it manually would cost us time.
we are not in the pro version because we do not require those features.
Please help us with this issue. Thank you in advance!
]]>Hello and thanks for your great app. I have a big problem. Lots of my product info are typed into Shopify Product Metafields.

]]>Hi ,
I currently have the premium version of the plugin there is no support on manual matching the values for import. I have managed to match values on an import but my products arent bring the collections/categories with them. I can no longer access shopify for an automatic import so manual is my only option what i need is a import value match for shopify to woo-commerce as my data isnt being imported properly. Thank you ??
]]>Hi
Is it possible to restart the sync of the images? My hosting space was limited and I needed to upgrade, but now the images of the products stopped at a certain point. Thank you!

]]>I want to display my Shopify products along side other products in my WooCommerce store – but for those Shopify products, I need the user to actually get sent back to shopify to checkout. Is this possible with your plugin?
]]>hello,
i migrate my store from shopify to wordpress, everything worked perfectly but the prices synced not correctly.
every know how to fix it?
Excellent plugin, though it would be great if we could preserve the Shopify product status during the import. For example Shopify has Active, Draft and Archived statuses. If those could be imported as Published and Draft into WordPress that would be really helpful. Is that a feature you would be able to add?
]]>Hello,
I imported products and image (with the free version).
Images are imported in separated posts (type attachment) but not attached to the product.
I did something wrong?
I am wondering if this will alter or change anything on my Shopify store in any way? Or is it a clean transfer without modifying current Shopify store that i am trying to transfer over ?
]]>Can’t Choose Product category. The shopify store there are many colections. But I can’t choose any product category for import products. I use free version
]]>Hello,
We have imported the orders from Shopify to WooCommerce. We also imported Subscriptions from Bold Subscription to WooCommerce Subscriptions. However, parent order field in Subscriptions is empty. Is there a way to map parent order when we import the Subscriptions? We use CSV, so we can get the parent order in some way from your side and use this in a column to map?
Also, is there a way to import cus_ (stripe customer id) when we import the orders? I cannot see this information in the billing details of customers. I could not find any information about this in your documentation.
Thanks!
]]>I use premium plugin, when I import with csv file, many products are out of stock. Before version 1.1.8 did not crash. The error only appears when updating to the latest version.
]]>I have tried everything to my knowledge but when I sort products that have been imported as new to old it lists them old to new. I have tried deleting the import and selecting ascending and again for descending with fresh imports.
Any suggestions on how I can list my imported products from new to old?
I have selected product sorting as latest products first on the Shoptimizer Theme but still lists oldest first.
]]>Hello,
Since we run a backup on our store (server side) many product images disappeared (featured images and gallery images)
Any idea whats happen? Is there a way to resynchronize the products images from shopify?
Thanks
]]>Hi there!
After the import was completed with no errors, the log says that there were ~1100 products imported.
But in Woocommerce I can only see ~600.
What could be the problem?
Thanks
]]>It would be nice to see an update where you can sync products from multi Shopify stores to WooCommerce, and keep them update it though Webhooks.
Even if you added it to the pro version i would buy it.
]]>Fail images showing only 10 images per page. I have 10,000 products images to download.
]]>I have used the free version of the plugin to import roughly 1000 products into my woocommerce shop, the plugin has imported all the products correctly which im very happy about however it refuses to download a large amount of images.
It downloaded around 2000 of the images just fine, but there is around 800 left that it refuses to download, when i go into the failed images area and click the download button it spins for a couple of seconds then does nothing, i have tried disabling all other plugins and the theme and trying again but the same thing happens, i have tried “disable background processing” both on and off and it doesn’t make a difference, all the images that wont download appear to be webp files if that makes a difference.
