but getting Internal Server Error when pushing the google login button.
my redirecturi in the google app is”

2. what will be the redirect for the Facebook app?

How to put constraints in updating issue status in a way that it is sequential?
For example, from open, it can only be updated to acknowledged , and from acknowledged to closed (no skipping of other status). And when it’s closed, status must not be updated anymore. Thanks in advance for the help!

Hello,
I did an in-depth look at the plugin since sending a notification to the user and the administrator is only sent once and then opening a new issue only the notification is sent to the user.
I tried turning off all the plugins and switched to a Twentysixteen theme but got the same result.
So I opened a demo site free of any plugins and still get the same result
The first issue sends to the administrator and user as expected and the second issue only to the user.

Great plugin!
But facing 4 issues:
1. user cant edit his issue. when clicking the edit button the user redirect to the issue page with no option to edit the issue.
2.time line issue time is not sync with the issue time – (screenshot – https://prnt.sc/n74n9g.)
3.in issue page there is a bar that shows the colors of the status(screenshot – https://prnt.sc/n74n9g.).
how to show just the color of the current status and not all color of the status path.
4. email according to a category does not send an email just to site admin.
5. how to allow moderate status to be public.

It seems that everything works fine except the select image button for a category.
I tested it with WordPress 4.9 and it works great.

we are very small ngo trying since 2008 to promote more participative policies
we are using your plugin in a platform we′ve voluntary created and it works so nice, BUT we have a problem with mobile version. When people enters to web from mobile navigators
the search tab covers the add option… so it′s not possible to make a report. (It′s perfect when i turn mobile to horoizontal view)

When a category is created, the assignment of users should be greater than just receiving notifications.
For example, all users can see the record, but only the users assigned in the category could make edits to the record.
If there is category change, edited by the user admin department, another user assumes.
Is there a way for users to see their own issues…
