Every time we login to woocommerce, we get below “Important notice / error”:
Because of Klaviyo’s API change. If you want to give a profile consent to receive email marketing, SMS marketing, or both – please change the “Action” setting to “Subscribe“.
Can anyone please explain how to solve this?

Hi, my client’s situation is this: a single list in Klaviyo, divided into different segments. I would like that when a user fills out the form, based on the page from which they fill it out, the user’s email ends up in a segment of my choice. So, I create different forms, one for each page, and in the plugin settings, I always enter the same list ID where I want the user to end up. However, it would also be helpful to have another field in the settings where I can enter the segment ID for each different form based on where I want the user to end up. Currently, it’s not working correctly. Contacts end up in the right list, but only some enter the segment, and it takes a long time before I can see them on Klaviyo. Therefore, is it possible to have an addition to the plugin where, similar to the list ID, I can input the segment ID for each form?
Thank you very much.
Hello!
Thank you for your nice plugin!
I am using your plugin (V 2.0) with Elementor Pro (V 3.17.1) and WP 6.3.2.
I have also added the short code from this discussion in my functions, since I’m in the EU.
Since today, I have the issue that the users can subscribe to the Newsletter via the “Members” endpoint, but not the “Subscribe”.
However, via the members endpoint in the API the users don’t have to confirm their Email Address and are already… members.
When the form field “action” is set to “Subscribe” Klaviyo does not get anything via the API. My Email Address was not conveyed to Klaviyo.
When the form field “action” is set to “Members”, I get the Email which states that I’ve already gave consent for this address which was not the case.
Do you have an idea why this is the case?
Thank you!
]]>I had been using Klaviyo for a few months and then on one particular day (which I have determined in the Submissions section) it stopped working. I only noticed it now and tried to put it back, but as you can see, NO Klaviyo!
Any suggestions?

Hey, I watched your video explaining how to make the form but my submit button isn’t showing like your video. Wondering if you have any idea why. I do have Elementor Pro installed. Thanks a bunch.
]]>When submitting an email in an elementor popup I get “Your submission failed because of an error.”, but the user is still subscribed to the list. The form that is not inside a popup works as expected. Any idea why this would happen?
This was user error. You can disregard this question.
]]>Hello!
Great plugin. For me the e-mail consent doesn’t work. So – if I select the ‘consent’ in the form, in Klaviyo the consent is not showing up as being given (it says ‘never subscribed’, while they do). Would it be possible to link this to an acceptance box in Elementor (and give that an ID, same as how you did it for firstname etc)?
Thank you!
]]>Hi there,
We are using your plugin, but have encountered an issue. Welcome email is not being sent to those who subscribe to our Klaviyo list. We’ve contacted them and they said that our subscription forms are submitting user profiles to their V2/Members endpoint and that we needed to change this to the /subscribe endpoint so that consent can be added to the profiles.
Is there such an option in the plugin at all?
]]>I want to add new WordPress users as Klaviyo subscribers.
I can’t really edit the registration form as the newsletter form in elementor.
Looking forward to your answer – THANKS!
I recently installed the plugin and it works fine untill i enable the code to add the phone field as well.
Once i add my phone field id, and add nation code in the settings, the contact is not being added to the list.
My phone id matches the id that i set in field advanced settings.
I nation code i tried both writing +xxx (nation code) and just write nation_code as an id…
Nothing works…
Am i doing something wrong?
How can i make it work with the phone number?
A contact who subscribe the elementor form before. And come again and fill up the form again but after click on subscribe button show thank you subscribe message. But need to show you already subscribe before and the submit button need can not work. This problem happened when i integrate klaviyo with elementor with Include Klaviyo for Elementor pro plugin.

]]>Hi,
Is it possible to also send the telephone field to profiles in the klaviyo list?
]]>Hi,
I have a signup form for a campaign we are doing and the form wont send to Klaviyo.
Everything is setup correctly like api and list id etc. but still wont work.
Dont why and need help.
Cant post the link publicly as its for a special campaign.
Thanks
]]>Hi there – thanks for the plugin.
I’m wondering if you would consider adding the $consent:[’email’] flag (or at least an option to enable it) in a future update?
When sending email $consent to Klaviyo over their API, it adds the green consent tick as well as a consent timestamp within the contacts profile within Klaviyo. We need this for potential audit purposes and to make segmenting lists easier.
I added:
$fields[ '$consent' ] = '[email]';
to line 113 of include-klaviyo.php in your plugin (I know this risks being overwritten by a future update).
This adds the consent I need to Klaviyo, but I realise that having the $consent set permanently wouldn’t be ideal to all users (they may want to tie it to a checkbox for example), so maybe a filter to allow it or similar?
Anyhow, thanks again for the plugin ??
]]>Hello, I connected the two forms of this pages to my klaviyo account but when I test it I don’t see the subscriptions on the Klaviyo list. Could you help with what might be the problem?
]]>I have set up several forms on our site, each with a unique identifier in the ‘source name’ field of the Klaviyo action settings in the elementor form. When I test submit each of the forms and then export my list in Klaviyo, the source name is not appearing for any of the Elementor submissions I made.
Am I missing something? Is this working for others?
]]>What a great idea for a plugin. Everything seems pretty straightforward except field ID. Where can I find this on Klaviyo for the email address field?
]]>I am running v1.1.1 of your plugin and have been for a few weeks with no apparent problems. Since updating Elementor Pro (v3.6.3) and Elementor (v3.5.6), every time I try to run the Elementor Data Updater (screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/RruXfLc.png) the updater doesn’t execute and I get a “Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue” email immediately from WP, indicating your plugin as the cause. Fortunately, it doesn’t crash the site – but it means I can’t update this aspect of Elementor.
