The button is huge and ugly on frontier theme, and I’m sure many others. It shouldn’t be forced like that, it should mimic the edit button.

Also, when nesting is turned off there’s no indication of which comment a given comment is replying to. This needs to be addressed by someone. Might as well be you ??

When i activated this plugin, wp show me a error:

I think wp_enqueue_script and wp_enqueue_style in infinite-comment-replies.php is called incorrectly. Please fix it.

I was looking for this for a long time, thank you for making it!
When run under WordPress comments default system, no problem at all, works very fine.
My site is using Epoch plugin to tweak a bit comments’ interface and unfortunately reply button does not show up anymore…
Something wrong in my settings (Checked Enable threaded (nested) comments to 2 levels deep)? Possible to fix it in the future?
