I have a few Instagram videos which are displayed on my site using the Grace Instagram plugin. They used to show thumbnails but now show as broken image links.
The image feeds are coming correctly.

I have WP WordPress 4.9.8, PHP 7.0.30, Memory Limit 256M and Upload Max. Filesize 128M checked all in green in the plugin’s main page.
I have a page created with WP Page Builder 5.5 (most recent) and when adding a GRACE stream and get following message:

They are all warning, but the feed still does not display.
I have updated everything and do not know what can be wrong.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

]]>Hello,
This summer we have installed GRACE to show out INSTAGRAMM feed but unfortunately the feed is never updating. We have to do it manually…
We have installed the WP-CPNTROL plug-in and we can see a FFI_LOAD_CACHE Job running every 5 minutes… but nothing happens…
When we look at the FEED page in GRACE INSTAGRAMM we see that it’s suposed to run every 5 minutes but the last update date is still at 27th of august…
Thanks for your help.

]]>Hi I have pro version. I am getting error on all the images being shown on my homepage: “is resized in HTML or CSS from 640×640 to 279×279. Serving a scaled image could save 89.3KiB (80% reduction).” when I run speed test on GTmetrix. It is slowing my site down a lot. Is there a way to fix to serve at 279px?

Just got three PHP notice errors on the front end while using it – you might want to fix them. Thanks!

]]>Hi,
I installed and configured Grace: Instagram Feed Gallery on https://www.campbellsofbeauly.com (which uses WooCommerce) and everything looked fine. However, I was contacted by the site owner and advised that shoppers were complaining because they couldn’t submit their orders.
I discovered that the “Continue to payment” button at the bottom of the checkout page was missing – it was impossible for anyone to submit an order. If you want to see the button on the page you’ll need to add items to your basket then go to the checkout.
I went through all the plugins turning them off one by one and I discovered that when Grace: Instagram Feed Gallery was turned on the payment button vanished from the foot of the checkout page, and when Grace: Instagram Feed Gallery was turned off the button appeared and the checkout process worked.
I hope you appreciate that I can’t leave Grace: Instagram Feed Gallery turned on so you can investigate this as my client would be losing sales. I would however like to use Grace: Instagram Feed Gallery on this site (and other WooCommerce sites), so I would be grateful if you can advise why Grace: Instagram Feed Gallery would cause the WooCommerce payment button (and terms & conditions) to disappear from the checkout page.
Many thanks.
]]>I’m using the version 1.0.1.39 of your plugin. I have obtained and saved the Instagram Access token. When I create a feed for a hashtag there is nothing in it and hovering the red dot shows an error message starting with:
Plugin received next error from network API while requesting this feed
Incorrect integer value for column user_counts_media at row 1
Further down in the error message I can see that this refers to Instagram posts that have the hashtag.

I recently purchased and upgraded to the PRO version. I download the Zip file from Envato, and put in my license details as requested.

]]>Hey there,
I’m building this site on staging and I sometimes only see 7 – 8 instagram tiles where there is space for 10. This leaves some black space in the area. There are more images in the instagram account and scrolling through leaves the same space blank while the new images are served up.
Any idea what could be causing this?
Thanks so much,
Alec
]]>After I authorize and create a feed I am receiving error:
Plugin received next error from network API while requesting this feed:
This endpoint has been retired.
I have deleted the plugin (with the option to REMOVE DATA ON UNINSTALLATION on) and reinstalled but it still comes up with the same access token.
I also revoked the access from the Instagram account and reinstalled and received a new token. When I created a stream I received the same error.
I am running WordPress version 4.9.5

Hi,
I’m using Grace Instagram Feed Gallery plugin for my client’s site, and the feed is not updating automatically although it’s set for ‘Every 5min’, only loading the new feed when it’s manually turned off/on.
I’ve followed this instruction, and cron task is present so there should be any issue with it.
What could be the reason behind it and how can I troubleshoot for this? Could it possibly be related to the Instagram’s Rate Limit? (because if it’s so ‘Every 5 min’ should not be an option to start with).
Any pointer would be greatly appreciated!
]]>I need to change the height of the stream, it is massively set at min-height 500px but I cannot see where to edit this. I tried ‘#ff-stream-1’ and ‘#ff-stream-1.ff-stream.ff-layout-carousel’ as customized CSS, but it does not work. In the settings itself I cannot see any option to set the height either, so I am stuck. Thanks for your support.
]]>Hi! Thanks for this great plugin. I have just one issue. The feed only displays 20 posts regardless of how many I enter in the “NUMBER OF VISIBLE ITEMS” option. When I enter 80 for example, it still only displays 20. How can I fix that?
