I am a purchaser of Intagrate Pro (Ultimate), but I have not received an answer even though I have asked a question in a support ticket.
Intagrate is also not working, are all services currently stopped?
The lite version is not currently working for several weeks, I asume probably will not work anymore it is not?
My question is, if the pro version is still working, so I can consider tu buy the license.

]]>The template tags page https://intagrate.io/docs/template-tags/ seems to advise that many template tags can be used in the Custom Title field. I had this set to “from instagram %%image-date%%” however it appears that this is no longer working and all the posts are posting with “from instagram %%image-date%%” rather than the variable changing to the actual post date and time such as “from instagram Feb 22, 2023 @ 11:57” for example.
Is it possible to do this still with the Lite version? Is my formatting wrong somehow?
]]>Tried a couple of times now to reconnect intagrate wth our website but it causes a critical error to the site each time. Happens after clicking the ‘Allow’ button in the connection process. Below is the error message it provides. Hopefully it helps.

]]>Hi, I’ve made a webpage for writers with my wife, ?skrivebobla.no? and she has made an insta account, ?skrivebobla?. The problem is that she has created this account while logged in with her personal account, so that they are now linked. If I use intagrate lite and log in with her user and pswd, I only get her personal account, and can’t figure out a way to sync with only the ?skrivebobla? account. And that account doesn’t have its own username and pswd, as far as I can tell.
Has anyone had this problem and solved it?

]]>I haven’t set up this plugin on a new site in a while, so I’m not sure if it’s something with my theme, the Block Editor, or the plugin.
My settings are being ignored when posts are imported. I want the image to be the Featured Image, and I want the body content to only be the %%title%% of the post, but the posts are generated with no featured image and with the image in the body of the post. I’ve also set it to download the images directly to the Media Library and it’s not doing that —?it’s inserting <img> tags with Instagram CDN links as the src.
I’m not sure if it matters, but this is a Multisite setup.

I am trying Intagrate Lite and I understand there is only limited support for the free version. I like the plugin and it functions very well.
My question: is the parsing of the Instagram text (via the %%caption%% and %%caption-no-tags%% filter functions) a feature that works for the Lite version?
I followed the instructions the best I could (adding the filters to a dedicated plugin or adding the filters to the theme functions.php) and cannot make it work… it only returns ” %%caption%% ” as if the filters were completely ignored… (my test Instagran post does have a single period in the middle of the text for the ‘explode’ function)

]]>I am not sure it is a Intagrate Lite issue but when I try to log into my Intagram account from the plugin, I land on an authorization page from Instagram to allow sharing information and the “Allow” button does not go anywhere… both from my laptop or my cellphone.
I had previously managed to connect and was trying to test the edits in the parsing of the Instagram post into my vlog…

But when using the tags %%caption%% and %%caption-no-tags%% they are not parsed. In the WP posting they come out as they are. Post title is “%%caption%%” and post content ist “%%caption-no-tags%%”
Only %%title%% seems to work but this results in the full caption inkl. hashtags.

]]>I’m using the plugin with a client’s site that has a large number of Instagram posts with no text. I had the Custom Title Text field set to %%title%% and I found that the plugin only imported the very few images from the client’s Instagram that did have text; the rest were skipped.
I changed Custom Title Text to %%title%% —?from Instagram (matching the example text on the configuration page), and then it imported everything.
This means the Default Title Text field does not appear to be working. Those posts with no text just didn’t get imported; they didn’t get imported with the default title text.
I am wondering if this is due to recent changes I’ve observed in WordPress core with how it handles saving new posts that don’t have a title. It used to let you publish them, but I don’t think it does anymore. (I could possibly test this by changing the plugin’s settings to have the imported posts have “draft” status instead of “publish” but I haven’t done that yet.)

But nothing else happens. No posts are created in WP, I can’t use the plugin for anything at all…

I accidentally created a second Instagram account last week, and finally deleted it. I’m having trouble reconnecting my WordPress site to the correct Instagram site.
After I try to connect WordPress and Instagram, I get two messages, with the second looking like it was added (in red) as an afterthought:
Instagram Connected — You have successfully connected with your Instagram account.
The Instagram Authorisation token has expired – Log in

Most functionality fits my usecase.
I would like be able to use “just” the media library as a target for storing the images. Could you add “Media” as an option for the setting “Custom Post Type:”?
All things like title, author and post status also apply to media items.
That way I could easily query them to use in my own use cases.

I contacted support for the paid plugin via the official form 10 days ago and haven’t gotten any answer yet (nor email confirmation that the form was submitted/received). I bought the pro version of the plugin (client: #CH_1IVFOYHAIMOBIUEQL0DRJKFF) and connected my instagram account but no images ever showed up in the “Instagram media” section of the plugin settings on wp. All I get is the mention “No images found”. My instagram account appears as connected in the “instagram settings” section and I can see from my Instagram that Intagrate is well authorized. I disconnected/reconnected the account several times, tried from different browsers and deactivated all my other plugins one by one in case that might be the issue, to no avail.
Could I get support on this? How long does it usually take for a reply?
I installed this plugin because the site owner wanted to start having their IG posts also appear on the website (and this seems to be the only plugin that does that?)
It worked with the first post, but I wasn’t familiar with the template tags, so I had to edit that post to fix the title/caption data.
But ever since that first post was imported, it hasn’t worked since. In the settings, it doesn’t even show that their IG feed has been updated, and there have been new posts since that one.
The IG plugin shows it’s logged in, so I don’t understand why it won’t import the new posts. Any ideas what I should look at next?
