Hi, how are you? The plugin is great, but I have a problem with the compatibility with Woocommerce Bookings.
I have configured the popup Instantio cart + checkout AJAX , and when they try to buy a product that is reservable, it is not shown it.
With simple products it works perfect. Obviously there is an instantio incompatibility with bookings-type products.
I’ve also tried to switch to Iframe mode and the same thing happens. Could you help me? Thanks
The Stripe card fields don’t work with single page checkout (tried ajax and iframe for slide out and pop up). When switched to multi-page checkout it begins to work on desktop but still does not work on mobile. The fields are not able to be selected in the mobile version at all. Seems like it would be a perfectly great plugin if this was not such a big issue. Customers need to have the option to input their credit card information. I initially thought it was an issue with the stripe plugin I was using. After trying 3 different Stripe plugins, I realized the issue is with this plugin.
I also looked at the forum questions on Code Canyon and it appears another user had a similar Stipe issue some time back. The authors did reply and state that it should work with Stripe as long as the website does. My website works excellent with stripe in the [woocommerce_checkout] functionality; however, this plugin is just missing something where it is not picking up the fields for entry on mobile version. When left in the mobile version and multipage selected, the fields are there but cannot be selected to enter data.
Another issue I noticed is the that when you toggle off the checkout button on mobile to do custom checkout URL the “Checkout Now” button at the bottom of the mobile version works great. However, the checkout button located in the cart does not redirect properly to the checkout page. Not a huge issue but customers would likely get frustrated with that.
]]>When removing products from the cart, website “freezes over” meaning it is no longes scrollable. Links work though and problem website is “unfrozen” after window refresh.
Side cart is set to be hidden when empty.
Any ideas what could cause this?
