Waste of time, misleading and hard to uninstall. Had to manually remove it from the server while it was downloading my products on another website and started a 14 day trial for no apparent reason.
Worse than adware.

Well integrated on our site, good one-click integrations but options for customizations (for instance product recommendation: didn’t like the carousel provided so we fetch the data and implement our own carousel).
Search is very fast, and integrates on the site with custom scripts on each store view (magento 2) with drop down suggestions, options for categories as search results, and search result page with smooth filtering options.
Most valuable is solid support, answering each ticket on time, providing solutions and ideas.

This Plugin is a must have for anyone who wants to have a successful store. Taking the search load of your Server is the first step towards a fast site. Anyone can make a plugin it seems these days, but what defines a good company is how good their service is. In the 5 or so years that i’ve used Instant Search + , i’ve enjoyed great success with customer feedback but also internal sales use. There have been two things i’ve needed in that time and the service i got from them is exceptional. I really can’t recommend the plugin and support staff enough.

I make headwear and just totally revamped my web site to use WooCommerce for the products and added the complete inventory. With over 500 products and many of those with sizes, it became obvious searching would be critical for my prospects. InstantSearch+ was the perfect solution.
It was easy to setup for my simple and variable products and for those few questions I did have, support quickly replied with the answer I needed to get the searches like I wanted. I appreciated the way they responded in such a professional manner. They treated my simple questions seriously and were respectful in their timely response.
The system response it fast and I believe that will be what should make a favorable impression on prospects. I am looking forward to the insight on the searches at the site. I think it will eliminate the need for prospects to learn how I organized things before they could effectively search to find something. This is key to search. I know I will never be able to think of all the ways prospects might want to use to find something at my site. I would highly recommend this search for anyone wanting to work less and sell more at their web site.
