After 2 weeks of using the FREE version their customer support sends you this email advising you to upload a TXT file for the plugin to work better.
The catch is in order to upload this file you MUST pay a subscription to WP FILE Admin.
The customer support for this plugin is a bit frustrating to deal with.
However the CEO personally reached out to offer his assistance and to resolve.

Insticator displays ads from top notch companies and pays some of the highest CPMs in the industry. The two biggest things to me that were unusual in the industry were the use of quizzes to catch the consumer’s attention and their outstanding customer service. I have never experienced customer service equal to the help and support I received from Insticator. Installing the plugin was done for me by their CS team and since then it has just worked. No tweaking no bugs nothing but displaying top quality ads on my WP site.

When they contacted first, I was bit reluctant as we used to get many unwanted ads from many people. After couple e-mail interactions I agreed to keep their ads for one month and after I never felt removing their ads from my site. I using them for almost 10 months now. I’ve been working with Insticator for over a year and half now. They have been nothing, but helpful through that time. insticator discovered my blog in 2015 and it has been a great partnership ever since.
anytime i need any sort of help, they always respond promptly to my emails and requests.
when i put the insticator app on my site,
it was really easy for them to go in and fix issues i encountered.
aside from that, they are a really great company for your revenue needs.
my readers have commented about loving the quiz on my sidebar.

I decided to give Insticator a one week trial run to see if what they said what happen…would actually happen ( increase my revenue and allow users to engage more on my site). One month later, Insticators embed is still on my site, my revenue has increased slowly (about 73%), users are engaging more and sending only positive feedback from their experience. I hope they add more foreign site content as well but it’s great so far.
