Everything appears to work and picks up my CRM and all the fields the issue is happening when I go to save the integration I get an error message as below.

unfortunately I cannot say, your plugin works as intended. For example, I cannot map the Fluent Form field, if it is placed inside the column container. Instead of the names of the fields, only blank rows are shown. Number of the rows equals the number of the containers.
