I have generated payment buttons where users can pay to buy my services. However WordPress keeps an amount of those payments. For tax reasons I need those VAT receipts from wordpress, but do not know where to find them. As mentioned this in NOT a Woocommerce website, therefore those payments are not shown in my billings section.

]]>When adding an invoice the boxes to the right where you enter the invoice date, completed date, etc. are nearly impossible to work with. If you try to enter an invoice date different from the one it automatically puts there, good luck. You enter the date and then, if you tab off it, it erases what you entered. If you click off the field, it erases what you entered. It seems like you have to hit enter for it to stick and it shouldn’t be that way.
The Invoice completed field, however, works totally different. The data entered in that box does stay if you tab off or click off as it should, but hitting enter causes the entire invoice page to be saved, which it should not do since at this point you probably haven’t configured most of the invoice yet and now the customer gets a half-done invoice and wonders what it’s about.
For both of these fields, why is there a time? I’ve never heard of an invoice time before. Seems unnecessary.
]]>When you go to Page Settings, the drop down only lists parent pages. It leaves out any child pages that exist. So if we want the Invoice History pages to be My-Account > Billing-History we can’t choose it because it only lists My-Account.

Is there a way to export invoices with the data that was added in custom fields in a custom payment form? Right now, it seems like invoices exported from Reports > Export > Export Invoices do not include any of the custom fields.

]]>(1) PLEASE, for the love of dog, can you remove the drop shadows and other unnecessary CSS for buttons and other form fields. Our themes have that covered… all you’re doing is breaking our UI. I’m literally asking you to do less work, and you’d be saving us hours of work having to fix your questionable design choices.
(2) The AJAX calls in your payment forms are just mind-blowingly slow. I want to use GeoDirectory’s Events/Ticket Marketplace system, but I don’t think it’s possible, simply because changing ticket type alone can take 5 seconds. Why can’t you just preload all data for simple forms rather than go back to the server every single time for no reason? Please? PRETTY PLEASE?
I’m trying to figure out if GetPaid will work for me.
I make custom sculpted motorcycle parts. When a client approaches me, we generally have a conversation via email where we review his design idea, confirm size and specifications, and settle on a price.
From there, the payments happen in two steps. Step 1 the client pays for the initial 3D sculpting. Once I complete that work, I send it to the client to review. Once approved, the client pays the final balance and I make the piece.
From what I see, GetPaid would be perfect, except I need to add images to the invoices. I need to add a single image (a mockup of the part) to the first invoice, and a series of images (the 3D renderings of the sculpture) to the second invoice.
I’ve been experimenting with GetPaid, and if there is a way of doing that, it isn’t obvious to me how. Is there an addon that covers this? Is there a better way of solving this problem?

I am looking to export all invoices AND include all the ‘additional_meta_data‘ as the meta data includes several custom fields which are required for tax reporting.
Is this possible via a plugin or would it require an enhancement to the export script to accomplish this? When I view an individual invoice, I see all the data, but not via export.

I have found that Tax Rates are not being applied correctly. More specifically taxes are being applied when they should not be applied.
In Australia 10% GST should only be charged on Australian users.
A 10% tax is being applied regardless of the specified country in checkout.
Additionally the tax name is not being displayed correctly at checkout.

I’m having an issue where when some users visit the page to view their subscription status (/account/my-subscription/), it shows that they have no subscription. So they aren’t able to see their subscription or manage it from that page as they normally would.
Looking at the subscription details for those users, they have active subscriptions, and the PayPal ‘Profile ID’ is correct. From the admin panel their subscriptions show as active, but from their frontend POV it says not active, causing a few alarmed emails.
I’m using the latest version of the plugin: 2.8.7

Unfortunately, the upload function in the form is broken. Nothing is uploaded.
Likewise, a CSS line is broken. This means that the checkmark box in the data protection regulations becomes almost invisible.
Had to delete this line from your CSS file so that you can check the box again.
