When i disable your plugin all works well.

I am trying to have the flip book automatically adjust to the height of the screen. I’ve disabled auto container height and put put in my own value for the height. Whether it’s 25%, 50%, 100%, nothing displays. This is not the case when I put those same values for container width. When I put the values in for the later, the container adjusts accordingly to the size of the screen. Please help!

]]>403 forbidden error for the file config.json in the uploads folder.
This happens because of the security plugins. In my case I have All In One WP Security installed and activated with the option Advanced Character String Filter enabled. This blocks specific exploits that target flies like this.
You can disable this option to make the page flip work but doesn’t feel safe to do so. It would be much better if the developers kindly addressed this in the next update.

Perhaps if it’s not possible through the plugin, maybe something custm and paid of course?

Hello,
We notice that the pages shown through your plugin are too blurry to read. When you turn to full-screen mode, it gets a little better but never as the original pdf document.
Is this something that can be resolved?

Cannot share because it is a confidential document for my customers and asked for discretion but I am searching a way to move the toolbar outside the document. Right now, it does hide the bottom of the pages.
Do I have to put my document smaller? But in that case, once in fullscreen, I imagine that the same problem will happen?

Is there a way to show only the bookmarks and not the outline. I made bookmarks and they are listed under the outline which shows Slide 1, Slide 2, Slide 3, etc.

I faced an issue with landscaped PDF file. Flipbook works fine, but when I upload a landscape PDF I see the blank spaces, so flipbook does not adapt the size of PDF pages. How could I use it for landscaped PDFs?

If your PDF stopped to show on your page with an error loading config.json, you need to disable IDM (Internet Download Manager) -or any other download program/extension included in your navigator, because it catch the pdf file (to download it) before your reader, that who you will have this error.
I don’t know how to block the bug, but for the moment, you can put some text telling your user to do the same if error.

Is it possible to add JS event listeners to any buttons on the PDF reader so that I can send custom events to Google Analytics? I tried using jQuery.on() method but it only worked on the Zoom In and Zoom out buttons. It seems like the click listeners for the other buttons have been cancelled out because nothing happens when I try to console.log() them in my jQuery event listeners.

The page at 'https://www.___.co.za/resources/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure XMLHttpRequest endpoint 'https://www.___.co.za/wp-content/uploads/ipages_flipbook/18/config.json?ver=1590138489'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
I’ve tried various suggestions but I can’t seem to fix this issue. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix it? This is for the Pro version.
