Hi there, I wonder if the width of the flipbook display could be responsive. We have set the width (720px) to fit with our theme on big screens, but on smaller screens the width of the main area will shrink and the Issuu PDF Sync flipbook will not change its size thus overlap the side bar.
Is there any solution possible?

I checked of course everything : the doc is available on Issuu and can access it through url or Embedded js.

Hello! We are using the “Issuu PDF Sync” WordPress plugin to keep PDF contents of website synched with Issuu. It is working very well, but recently we found a flaw. It seems the Plugin does not fully support HTTPS. More specifically there are few URLs hard coded to HTTP in the below mentioned file which generate console errors and blocks Issuu content from rendering.
/wp-content/plugins/issuu-pdf-sync/classes/shortcodes.php
Preferably the plugin should be agnostic to usage of protocol, http or https. Is it possible to arrange?

since recently the text following the Issuu plugin embed code on our pages is positioned too high, so that it is partly hidden behind the frame content. You can see it at the link.

But when I go on the site it appears the message: “Sorry, this publication is not diposnível”. By accessing the site in issu.com “pulica??es” it appears the message “Upload failed, failure API Download”. What should I do?

I have installed the plugin, and do not want to start uploading files within WordPress as I imagine this will create doubles on Issuu. We already have all of our current documents hosted with Issuu.

Te plugin synchronization worked properly until early December but now I have to rename my PDF file several times and download it again for the synchronization to work. However it seems completely random. Sometimes all it takes is to remove a character to the file name, other times it does not work at the first go…

We are using Woocommerce’s plug-in in addition to the Issuu’s system and we have a little problem. We are uploading pdf files associated with products, those files are stored in the folder Upload which is specific to Woocommerce (uploads/woocommerce_uploads) nevertheless the synchronization of the file with the Issuu API isn’t running. The folder is secured by an “.htaccess” file which contains the following instruction : deny from all. We’ve changed the content with :
order deny,allow
deny from all
allow from issuu.com
But the synchronization failed again.
How can we make the two systems compatible ?
Does the Issuu API have difficulties to access our server ?

I can not synchronize a new magazine with Issuu! This I always done within the plugin – Issuu PDF Sync. The older publications files are synchronized.
Now , when I try to do it, the inscription appears: An error occured during synchronisation .

The first time I used this plug in I uploaded a pdf and managed to sync it with ISSUU. I then had problems with the embed code ending up in the wrong page.
I tried again with another PDF, although it uploaded it will not sync

Uploading pdf’s works great, but I only get the pdf’s, not a flipbook. Seems I’m doing something wrong, but what…?
I’ve tried several options, with only single pages, only double pages, single and double mixed, but each time the same result: no flipbook…

I’ve just installed Issu PDF sync on the WordPress website I’m currently setting up. I’ve already an Issuu account with several documents published months ago. How can I synchronize these documents?
The synchronization works fine if I add new documents in the WordPress Media section, but I didn’t find a way to make it work this other way.
