Hi Solid Backup Team,
We are an agency assisting Dansk-Luftfart with setting up their new website. We started from scratch and exported a backup of the old website using the Solid Backup plugin before installing the new site on the same domain.
Now, we would like to compare the old and new versions side by side. To do this, we want to import the backup of the old website onto a new domain. However, this requires login access to Solid Backup, which we no longer have.
Is there a workaround or a solution you can suggest? We’d really appreciate your help!

Back in the day when you were called ithemes there was a setting that allowed me to change the folder directory structure of the WordPress installation. With always one eye on security I thought this would be a good idea and there has never been any problem with this ever.
However, i have run into an issue and from an initial bit of research, this file directory might be the issue. The issue Im experiencing and assume is being caused by the directory structure is when creating a staging site with softalicious in Cpanel. None of the plugins are installed on the staging site. Some research indicates this is the likely cause.
It appears that the feature is no longer part of your plugin settings. In my case, I think I need to have the staging site set up as I want the live site to be up. Is there any methods to restore in the plugin, workarounds or possibly letting Softalicious know the directory structure when setting up the staging site?
Any help much appreciated.

]]>Hi I have recently updated to PHP 8.2, and am using ASE (Admin and Site Enhancements) plugin, for some reason I cannot activate the license for the plugin and cannot update the plugin. I have spoken to the ASE support team and they picked up that Solid State Security is sending out a fatal error and then this in turn crashes the site. Please let me know what to do here.

WP admin problem. As soon as I try to log on the admin url shows a URL error message. Last week I downloaded the Solid Security plugin and made adjustments. Everything was working fine. The next day I log on and I download the MainWP plugin, made adjustments and everything is fine. The following day I log on and I get the error?message. I talked to my hosting company and they said to turn off each plugin one by one. I only have two so once I turned off Solid Security Plugin the site admin works and I don’t get the error message. There is something happening with Solid Security Plugin that is not working. Have you guys had this problem with other customers before? If not, is there a solution?

However, at this page, there is no free iThemes Sync 10 site plan.
Apparently the plugin is useless unless you purchase a plan.

I am using 9 of the 10 sites allowed under the free version.
I have tried to add a 10th site using the Add Site button on the Sync dashboard but I just get a too many redirects error. It starts Testing connection to https://godefroidebouillonloge6.fr/ and then changes to Testing connection to https:////
I have tried manually installing the plugin and although I am able to do this and activate the plugin it is not showing in the list of plugins, as if the “hide sync” function has been activated.
Any help would be gratefully received.

I have purchased BackupBuddy Stash 25GB which automatically renews on September 29, 2018. But for some reason, iThemes removed all but 1GB storage. (That’s a month too early)
I contacted iThemes support about this 3-4 days ago and have still not heard from them. This is a crucial problem for me and all my clients because I cannot access the backups. When it comes to something like this, it’s important to have quicker support response. I am very disappointed with iThemes lack of response to a problem they have made.
in https://sync.ithemes.com/install Under www.ads-software.com the ‘Search for plugins’ and ‘View your Favorites’ buttons are not working. The response is:
“No plugins found. Adjust your search and try again.”
Inside the WP Dashboard Under Add New > Favorites, I do see my favorite plugins with my user.

Why does the extension no longer appear in the WordPress “Extension” menu after the plugin is activated? Another observation: Ithems Sync does not appear in the “Settings” menu in WordPress. So I can not synchronize.

Since the latest upgrades Sync has been randomly reporting that my WordPress settings on various sites are discouraging search engines from indexing them.
On checking out the Settings/reading page in site admin the discourage search engines from indexing this site box is NOT checked.
