I am using JKIT – Post Block on the website https://engageonesolution.com.br/, however, the photos do not appear.
Use this same widget on other websites and it works normally.

When the page loads, it initially displays only the first 6 photos.
However, when I click on a category filter, it doesn’t work correctly because it only applies the filter to the currently loaded photos (the first 6), rather than the entire dataset. On the “All Images” page and filter, I see 6 photos initially displayed. The second filter, named “Groundfloor,” filters only those 6 photos and does not show any images that are below those initial 6 photos. This means the filter only applies to the photos that are loaded in the first batch of 6. Once I load all the images, the filtering works correctly, but the “Load More” function loses its purpose, as it is needed to reduce the section size.

Could you please help me resolve this issue so that the filter works on the full set of photos, regardless of what has already been loaded on the page?

When click on any of the templates to edit Elementor Edit never completely loads and get stuck loading screen: https://take.ms/fjJGJ

If Elementor is in the Safe Mode, clicking Edit icon just redirects to /wp-admin/edit.php page

Disabling all plugins didn’t help either.

Using Elementor page builder, if you create a JKit Gallery Element and have the settings set to
Items to Show: 2
Column: 2
Grid: Grid
Then the second column/gallery item gets pushed under first one on desktop view. As soon as you go to 3 columns or more everything is working correctly. This happens both while viewing in Elementor or when editing the page as well as the front end.

Can you please fix.

I use JKit Nav Menu on several landing pages. Apparently, in the last few weeks the anchor links for navigation within the landing page are no longer working. The workaround was to add the full link to the menu, but that’s not the correct way. So, if you can help me with this, I’d appreciate it!

I am using Elementor (not Pro), a theme from Theme Forrest and Google Chrome as my browser.

I am unable to edit the footer or header that I previously created with the Jeg Elementor Kit plugin. None of the tips on this site helped so far. I already tried to deactivate all plugins but nothing changed. If I create a new header using a template of theme forest I can edit everything. But as soon as I leave the editor and want to change something later, it won’t let me change anything showing me this message:

“The preview could not be loaded.”

If I click on the Preview Debugging the site is not loading.

What can I do here?

Looking at the topic history this was raised last year but looks like you closed the issue as resolved due to no response from the original user.

I am having an issue on mobiles where I have a menu with a sub-menu i.e. Web Design (linked to a page) > then package pages under that.

On the mobile if I try and click “Web Design” it doesn’t take me to the page, the only way I can get to this page is by pressing down on “Web Design” and opening the link in a new tab…this really isn’t a great user experience and I would like to get this issue resolved ASAP to go live with a project.

Also, I am using the latest version of the plugin & elementor pro & also Hello Theme, before it comes back that the “theme” is the issue. I am already using the hello theme.

The sub menus work thing on desktop, it is just the mobile. It seems as someone else has raised this issue, there is a bug in this area that needs squashing.

I previously imported template pages from an installed kit into my site with no issues. Now I am suddenly unable to load the site and identified that the issue is coming from the Jeg Elementor Kit, because when deactivated the site loads fine. I switched to the Hello Elementor theme that is listed as compatible with the template pages I imported. How can I fix this? When I attempt to edit a page it says preview can’t be loaded and unable to load unless safe mode is enabled when the Jeg Elementor Plugin is active.

My product title for all of my products when clicked on doesn’t show. When i deactivate the JEG plugin, the product title then appears. I have built my entire site with this plugin and really don’t want to redo the whole thing all because of this issue. Please help.

Hi I am having a problem with regards to the front page of the website. I am using the proeficient theme builder and also the jegkit element. It appears that when I edit with elementor, it looks perfectly fine. But in the front-page it is disoriented. The jegkit elementor kit that I have is the version 2.6.9?whereas the elementor is Version 3.24.4. Yesterday my front-page looks perfectly fine but today. It looks disoriented and when I try to edit in elementor, it says (server: 400). Please help me in this matter asap since it is a client basis project.

With the Jeg Elementor Kit extension active, when I go to appearance to customize my theme, there are malfunctions. The shortcuts with the pencil icon to modify by clicking directly on an element of the site no longer appear. Similarly, when I try to modify the page fold or the header, the builder covers the entire preview of the site on the right side.
These malfunctions disappear when I deactivate Jeg Elementor Kit. I love your extension, and I would like to continue using it. If you can find a solution that would be great! Thank you !

I am using the JKit – Nav Menu widget.
The Responsive Breakpoint option is set to Tablet.

Appearance > Menus
I have two menus, one for the main menu and one for the mobile menu.
In the Menu Settings at the bottom of the page, I checked the Primary option for the main menu and the Mobile option for the mobile menu.

I was expecting the mobile menu to appear as the mobile menu when I was browsing on my mobile phone. Am I missing something? Can you please help me? Thank you!

The Jeg Elementor Kit ‘Sticky Element’ has been applied to my navigation bar so that when you scroll down, the nav bar disappears, but reappears when you scroll back up.

On tablet and mobile view however, I was wondering if there was a way to override the sticky element only when the full page tablet/mobile navigation is visible via toggling the hamburger button, since that full page navigation also disappears when you scroll down at this moment.

Header in mobile device not displaying, even though it is visible on elementor page , but when i am trying in my mobile its not displaying. I don’t have any plugin like wp rocket or other. When clicking on the icon its bouncing back on home page. Have done all possible things. Please help

After updating to Elementor v3.24.x and Elementor Pro v3.24.x while using Jeg Elementor Kit v2.6.8, we encountered persistent JavaScript errors that break certain elements on the front end. The issue does not occur with Elementor v3.23.0 or earlier versions.

Additionally, after performing Regenerate CSS & Data and Sync Library, the issue temporarily resolves, but it returns after the second page reload.

We tested this issue with both the Hello Elementor v3.1.1 and Twenty Twenty-Four themes. All plugins except Elementor, Elementor Pro, and Jeg Elementor Kit were deactivated during the tests, and the issue persists. The following errors consistently appear in the browser’s console:

• Deactivating all plugins except Elementor, Elementor Pro, and Jeg Elementor Kit.

Downgrading Elementor and Elementor Pro to v3.23.0 resolved the issue, indicating the conflict lies between Jeg Elementor Kit and Elementor v3.24.x.

I’m encountering a problem with my website. It loads perfectly when I am not signed in, but once I log in (either as an admin or any other user role), the site breaks and does not load as expected. The issue is consistent across multiple pages of the website.

Expected Behavior:
When everything works as expected (when not logged in), the site should load in its full layout, including dynamic elements, sliders, and all content sections.

Actual Behavior:
However, when I am logged in, the page loads improperly. Many elements are missing, and the structure of the page is incomplete.
