Really good plugin, but Unfotunetlay,
1- thers is not any good support beacause it is free,
2- and also they do not add new feature,
3- and updates are very late.
4- It is not fully compatiblae with RTL.

Alot of webdesigners are so cheap, even worse when they get such amazing free tools to create advanced forms and still dare to give one star because one issue they have. What a shame. I thank the developers so much. The jetformbuilder together with jetstylemanager let us create amazing and professional looking forms. Keep up the amazing work you guys do for us:)

Crocoblock / jet plugins crash our site every update. I would avoid their plugins at all costs.

It’s buggy as hell and not polished at all. I don’t have faith in this plugin anymore. I would rather using custom CSS code along with JetEngine than using JetStyleManager. Now I think Crocoblock shouldn’t take style options out of their Gutenberg plugins. I don’t want to install an additional plugin to style blocks.

The annoying problem with Crocoblock is its unrealistic drive to do everything. They’ve spread themselves so thin, they are not doing any of the things they’ve set out to do well. Their support team is one of the worst I’ve seen for a paid plugin.

crocoblock Support team doesn’t take seriously raised issues and feature request. After more then 2 years of being client, still the same attitude of taking you for a fool. When raising an issue, they do not stop asking always for more details. And after a month explaining them the issue and providing them will all details and access, be sure that your issue won’t be fixed for more than a year.

We working with many plugins like this. This one is one of the most terrible one:
A lot of bugs. A lot of issues. A lot of: “you can fix it by custom css”.
And if you try to save your work into a style preset: there is still no option todo this. And this plugin have tiny range of compatibility. For many basics you need to build a workaround. Never worked with an so much frustrating software. About most of all basic questions we got feedback: please send a wish request to our github….

This tool gives the jetformbuilder so much more power. Amazing that such an amazing and free plugin with more then 10000 installs, has only 1 review so far, 2 with this one included. C’mon, folks, this is the least you can do.
