I just installed this on a new site, but unfortunately it does not seem to work anymore with the new “!#¤!#¤ block editor” active…

The Plugin is not working. I receive no automatic Reply.

′What do I have to fill in to field: Email address field??????
I tried Email, E-Mail, email, ‘Email’, {Field name}{Email}, {Email}…
No automatic Reply???

I didn’t get the plugin to work at first. JetPack was sending email but Auto Reply didn’t send anything. I even installed the plugin “WP Mail Logging” to see emails sent by WordPress and enabled a debug log to no avail.

For me, the solution was getting the label for the email field right.

The plugin states “[…] including the field label like this: {Field name} – e.g. {Name} […]”.

My JetPack contact for was like this:

[contact-field label="E-mailadres" type="email" placeholder="Jouw e-mailadres" required="true" /]

(in the visual editor, it’s the field label you see on top of the field)

At first, I setup Jetpack Contact Form Auto Reply Settings for “Email address field” to the case sensitive:

{E-mailadres}

That didn’t work. What did work was leaving the {} out, like this:

E-mailadres

Hope this saves other people some time ??

Thanks for this great plugin, everything works but how do we include the email subject dynamically? Sample below:

Email subject: Re: [AutoReply] {subject}

I’ve tried above it appears as {subject}.

Thanks for this great plugin!
Im using it for 1 year from now.
Today I tried to change some settings and this error appears:

“You do not have enough permissions to access this page”

Any idea? I preffer not to update my wordpress (3.8.3), or Jetpack… thats maybe the cause of the problem?

the auto realy dose not sent an auto reply..
i am using dreamhost as the server and there is no problem over there.
my mail for the sender is a gmail mail..
i have treid everything but it just wont work!

Thanks for this plugin. I installed it and see how it works. I have multiple contact forms and would like a custom response for each. I looked to see if you have a pro version which would allow me to send custom auto replies to each form. Thanks for this one and perhaps a consideration of a pro version?

I’m looking for a plugin to send a response 90 days after the email has come in.

My client wants to receive an email request from a customer via a website form, deal with it, then automatically send out a feedback email 90 days later.

Can Jetpack do this.

Hi – I installed this – but I can’t actually see how to use it!
