I used this plugin since few weeks.

Now, after wordpress 4.5 and Jetpack 4.0.2, the
last version 1.2.1 not showing any ads on mobile theme!

I installed the plugin and it asks me the google_ad_client and I know it, but it asks me also the google_ad_slot ID
and I don’t know what is it and where I find it.

The lines I need adding inside the file:
/mysite/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/minileven/theme/pub/minileven/content.php

are:

I set up the plugin as instructed but no ads show up. Too bad, I was hoping this would be a quick and easy way to get ads on my site for mobile. Guess I’ll keep looking.

Only selection I can turn off is the top one that asks “Would you like ads to be displayed before the post content? I’m not able to turn off these selections –
“Front Page, Archive Pages, and Search Results”

also I see ads are not showing up inside of posts. I’m not using adsense yet another code.

I saw a similar topic but it was resolved without an answer. As in the topic title- ads are only showing on the front page, not anywhere else on the site. Site is footedpajamasforwomen.org.

Everytime I try to save my google_ad_slot ID in the “Enter your google_ad_slot ID here” field and save the settings, the page reloads and I see the id changed to 2147483647, even though the id is 8928847695.

I think the type of the column that is storing this field or somewhere else it is maxing out on the value that can be stored as an integer.

Hi, I’m trying to have my ads show on the top on the pages, posts, and front page of my website at wuxiaworld.com for mobile ads, but they are only showing up on front page. Only the front page has the ads, the other does not. Can you take a look? Thanks!

Trying to uncheck “Show ads on” : “Front Page, Archive Pages, and Search Results” and it’s not working. If I uncheck it, save settings and save settings – it persist as checked. Any idea on how to fix it?

Also (less important, just annoying), before ad loads – the placeholder for it has yellow background, not sure if it’s controlled by plugin or comes from Google as such.

Note that I use custom embedded code, provided by google, since I don’t know in advance the dimensions of the ad and rely on responsive ad behavior.

I’ve checked over my settings and they appear correct, however no ad shows for me. I do see where the plugin is adding itself but it’s just a grey bar.

I think it is better for us to put more position of ads (top, middle and bottom of post or page). It let us select where to display ads.

Hi! I’ve been using your plugin for a while now, and love it. One little glitch is that the ads didn’t show up on my home page, just on specific posts, but that wasn’t too big a deal. I just switched themes from 2014, to Picolight, though, and it’s not working. I checked the settings, and they all seem right. Please advise. Thanks.

I can’t get the ads to be displayed. I have added all the settings required, though I have some doubt regarding what the ad slot ID should be. I am not using any cache plugin. Is it possible to show an ad on posts and pages but not on the front page? When I uncheck the “front page” option and save the settings, it then appears checked again with the other two options and the ad still is still shown on the front page… Don’t understand why this happens. Could somebody please give me a clue on how this can be done?

Very excited about this plugin – 80% of my site traffic is mobile, but I can’t get it working.

I have pasted all the data into the plugin (assume the client id should include the ca-pub prefix).

Purged the caches in both wp_super_cache and cloudflare….still no ad?

In additional to the ad at the bottom of the mobile page, I also hard coded into the end of the minileven header another adsense ad. The problem is that when Jetpack updates, the code gets removed.

With regular themes I would use a child theme to address that. Is there a simple way to add code to the end of the header file with a plugin?

Hi,

I’ve tried a lot of options, but i simply can’t get this plugin to work.
I have latest versions of Jetpack (mobile enabled) and wordpress 3.8.

I’ve installed your plugin, and configured it accordingly (i’ve tried various dimensions) with all the values from AdSense (i’ve also tried with and without the “ca-pub-” string).

No ads are shown. I’ve tried on Safari on a iPhone 5, but also Chrome on the same phone. I’ve also configured my iPhone’s User-Agent on desktop Firefox, and still no go. Cleared cache, and made sure that CloudFlare is in dev mode.

Also, i have Adsense Explosion, and disabled the mobile ads to avoid conflict. I’ve also noticed that the mobile site detection is much more exhaustive on AdSense.
Could this be a bug with recent versions?
