I’m using the shortcode below to insert a Jetpack subscription form on my website, but how can I change the placeholder text (currently says “Email Address”)? Thank you for your help.

normally my subscription widget works just fine, but every now and then it’s impossible for readers to follow my website/blog for no obvious reason. They have accounts with different providers such as gmail, gmx, hotmail, some addresses are short, some long.
They enter their e-mail-address at https://gesinesjobtipps.de/newsletter/. They see the confirmation notice on my website, but never receive a confirmation e-mail. Do you have any idea why? What can I do?

So recently, under the Blog Subscriptions (Jetpack) widget, it shows I have 1,056 subscribers—within the widget on the widget page and on my website. However, according to my Jetpack stats, I still only have 127 subscribers. That is the number I expect because I’ve been at that level for a while. So I have two conflicting numbers. Which one is right, and how do I ensure the number of subscribers is consistent everywhere?

The site has been setup with the Jetpack plugin connected to wordpress.com.
I can see on my profile that I have subscribed to the site i.e. on https://subscribe.wordpress.com
However no longer get an email when a new post is made.

I downloaded the plugin and installed it then placed the widget in the prefooter area of my blog. I can see it clearly but it doesn’t seem to be working. When an email address is entered and the Subscribe button clicked, nothing happens.

]]>Hi, when you activate the plugin it crushes the Widgets page in admin and nothing below your widget shows, including the entire right hand side where to drag widgets to!
