https://www.jigoshop.com no longer resolves? What’s happening?

I tried to upgrade the plugin to 2.1.18. Uploaded the latest version and deactivated Version 1.18.4 .

Its showing like below

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Tried by revmoving the folder /public_html/wp-content/themes/jigoshop. But still same error.

Hello,

after a jigoshop pluging upgrade i have a problem with checkout.

The error message is Your cart is empty, please add products before proceeding.

But there are products on the cart.

I’ve finally updated to the latest jigoshop. Error on my pages on each product listing.

Poked around to find that there are errors on their own website, and none of the social links work anymore. All jigoshop account appear to be removed/closed or deleted!!!

Anybody confirm this.

I’m having many problems, but I’ll start with the color selector (variable, multiselect). If a customer forgets to select a color (leaving “Choose an option”) and adds the product to cart, it will throw an error “PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function getLabel() on null…” in the cart view. I understand that selection is null, but can we have it display a notice like “You must select an option”? Or maybe eliminate the null (“Choose an option”) from the top of the option list?

Hi there

Could you clarify what the visibility setting does as I am trying to test but not sure what I should expect as a result.

When filtering products by tags (terms) I can only see products if their setting is ‘Catalog & Search’. If I set it to ‘search’ only no results are found.

Could you explain the difference between the two settings as the documentation is a bit light on definition.

I have a problem with newly created variable products not showing up in product listings.

If I create it as a simple product first and then convert it to a variable product it shows up, but if i then change text in ‘quick edit’ it disappears again!

I have to keep switching between making a product a simple product or a variable product. I saw that a user had a similar iussue 6 months ago and that this was being resolved however it seems the problem still remains.

At the moment my shop is useless as I cannot amend/add variable products. Please advise.

i can’t use any button on the backend of my website when i turn of your plugin i can, i have been looking and the debug code and get a few errors connected to your javascripts

I updated jigoshop to the newest version and everythings ok.
The only thing I cannot get to work is my translation of the “Add to cart” buttons.
All translations are accepted when I change them via loco translate plugin but this one is only correct at the backend but will not change in the frontend shop (cache deleted already).
Can you tell me which php files are relevant so I can change it manually?

The theme settings default to no sidebar. I have set all of Jigoshop’s setting to have no sidebar. I have set the page specific setting to have no sidebar.

The sidebar is still there. Is this something basic I’m overlooking?

I set up some products and then later added a more robust SSL. The latter move seems to have broken links between products and their detail page. Not sure how to fix. Resolves to “page not found error”. Products can be added to cart must fine.

After migrating to new Jigoshop it appears that my PDF files which are deliverables of my products are broken. Download proceeds correctly, files can be opened but error messages indicate that fonts are missing. After having looked at adobe support it seems like it’s transfer mode that cause such issues. This issue never happened with the same files in the past.

When I select Paypal as the default payment gateway it’s not checked in the checkout.

When I echo the id I get ‘paypal’ and the $defaultGateway is ‘3’.

Any ideas?

So, overnight the Shop page shows as a blank white page. And the product category pages too… any idea what this might be ? There is little to no support to get on this, and I’m starting to loos patience. Shopify migrations done, but if anyone know a quick fix I′ll be happy to hear about it

Hello, is it possible to default shipping to Flat Rate when we also have Local Pickup options? It currently defaults to Local Pickup but I need to force it to Flat Rate.

I am developing a plugin for Jigoshop and I need help with a (possibly) simple problem that I can’t seem to fix.

I want to create a link in the account page that opens in a way just like the “my orders” page. So far, I’ve only managed to create an endpoint and query vars and check if the query vars include the query var I added. Then I add my template to the page using the template_include hook. This adds my template to the main account page. I want to be able to replicate the “my orders” page but then with my own settings.

To summarize:

What I get now is my template below the footer on the account page.
What I want is my template to open as a new page, in a same way as the My Orders page.

Anyone got an idea on how to do that? I’m not so experienced with wordpress so it might be easier than I thought.

After the last update, the translation still works badly. On the contrary, it works worse.

Non-functioning translations still do not work + a few other errors.

– In system information, the same help is displayed for two different items (at least 3 times – WP Multisite & WP Memory Limit, Allow URL fopen & Session, Parent Theme Version & Parent Theme Author URL)
– The “Add To Cart” button is not translated (both in catalog and product detail)
– In the catalog, there was a “Details” button on the product that is not in the “translation machine”

All of these bugs did not exist in the previous version.

I know the plugin itself is free of charge, but a non-functioning translation for items that the users (not just the administrators) sees is a pretty serious error.

Please repair.

How to set a character limit to product title so the size of the product, picture etc match each other the same way.

I would like my product title to present as (exp. Product name info..) if it is more than x characters.

After the last update to 2.1.17, my theme seems to be broken, but I don’t understand why and how…

When I unactivate Jigoshop it turns perfect but on activation the top animated menu simply destroy the page…

Is it possible to go back to 2.1.16 to test what is wrong with the last version?

1. Unless there are unexpected complications, the non-functioning translation will be corrected in the next version
2. Extensions to export orders will, perhaps, be available in the near future.
3. I asked the authors to make it possible to change the visibility of the products when they were modified in bulk. – Perhaps the option in the next version.

Right at the beginning, I’m Newbe in the Jigoshop! I have set up a WordPress site that deals with holiday activities. I installed Jigoshop, ver. 2.1.16, that works pretty well so far. Unfortunately, I can not find a way for the customer to enter a date, from date to date when booking. Which is essential for the organization of the activities payment. For example, from 08.09.2018 to 22.09.2018 should be paid for an activity.
Maybe someone of you knows how to set it up. As I said, I’m Newbe, a statement should be as simple and detailed as possible.
Hope you can help me, otherwise I have to search again for a suitable shop system.

Is there a way to display a single variable product w/o options to select the attribute. I guess what I’m looking for is a way to create product pages for a single attribute, ie, red, blue, white, where all the products on the page have that attribute & can be added directly to the cart? Thanks.
