Jilt was amazing. Sorry to see you go, but this seems to be an epidemic also in software land where good working apps and programs are replaced with lesser capable options. Unfortunately, none of the replacements works as well as Jilt did. Therefore I hope that somebody will pick this up and continue on Jilt.

I work for an online eyewear business and we have a particular set of challenges because we offer a “Try Before You Buy” program. The staff at Jilt have been soooo helpful in answering my questions, explaining how Jilt works, and taking care of tasks that require more complex code. They always get back to you and always do their best to fulfill all of your email needs. For someone who is new to email marketing, I couldn’t imagine working with any other team!

We’ve been using Jilt for some time now on four webshops, and have been blown away by how reliant it is. Very user friendly, and the integration has not failed once. World class service, where they respond asap. We’ve especially been using it for several custom automations, cart flows and VIP flows and rewards, and are very happy with it. Can only recommend Jilt.

When installing a plugin by the same author, a link promoting this plugin appears on the Woocommerce orders page.
When clicked, a message appears: ‘Do you want to recover abandoned carts?’. My client clicked yes, at no time did he get any notice that a plugin was going to be installed. The plugin was installed and later the client contacted me to ask why a new item appeared in the WordPress administration menu. After investigating, I found out that this had happened.
It seems no honest to me to install a plugin without notifying the user correctly. Sure my client wanted to get the abandoned carts back, but if he had known that this involved installing a plugin, he would have contacted me first.
This surprise installation of the plugin could have caused conflicts with others and even errors.
I don’t understand the lack of transparency, it is a good plugin and really useful. It is not the type of plugin that needs to trick users into installing it.
It doesn’t deserve the review I’m giving it, but I’m not really evaluating the plugin, but the lack of honesty and the inclusion of advertising in other plugins.
I hope that you will reconsider the inclusion of advertising through other plugins or that at least you will add in the advertising messages the notice that a plugin is going to be installed.

I’ve tried several options for abandoned cart recovery – JILT is by far the best. You can freely try the premium – JILT doesn’t push you into the purchase, you end up wanting it after seeing how greatly it works.

I was just getting to know how to work with Jilt before we launched. The customer services is what I really loved. They were responsive and help me work out some glitches on my end. I really was surprised by the support and them going the extra mile to make sure I was happy and had things set up correctly. I recently started working with WOO Commerce and stumbled across JILT. I have a membership site and I use Jilt to send the welcome series to my new members. Their newsletter interface is very dynamic and easy to use. I also love that it is synced up with the subscriptions on my site (there are ways to do this with Mailchimp but it’s a headache whenever anyone’s subscription is edited or runs out, whereas Jilt updates itself automatically). I’ve also been pleased with their customer service!

JILT is really easy to use and perfect for a e-commerce website. The support they gave us was amazing when we tried to configured this more in detail.

Whenever I ran into issues, the folks at Jilt were really great with helping me out to the best of their ability. They are accessible and friendly. I have a pretty complicated setup with WooMemberships, so I needed a lot of help with what I needed to do and I got it. I did run into a number of issues with the product, and they weren’t all fixable apparently, but I tend to blame myself and maybe my other plugins interfering. I hope there are some updates to make this work a little better for what I want to use it for, and to make it a little more intuitive, but it still seems like it’s the best option out there for what I need.

We have been using Jilt for over a solid year now. Their pricing is pretty good for being able to send out E-Mail Newsletter Blasts (they call them ‘Broadcasts’) + Abandoned Cart. The customization options in both are great especially after the most recent updates.
Custom Order Confirmations / Follow-Ups are a thing, too! It’s easy to setup, the statistics could need a bit more work for what we are trying to achieve. But overall I believe that this will be for 99% of people an upgrade and very fair in terms of features & pricing.

Jilt has been instrumental in helping me recover abandon carts. I predominately sell large ticket items ($1500+) and the ability to add various campaigns, discount codes and so much more has proven to be incredibly valuable.
I would highly suggest that they implement the ability to restart a campaign. The growing stages of the app are very tricky to navigate initially and you will find yourself cancelling campaigns and tweaking emails so it would be nice to be able to restart it after cancelling instead of loosing the potential of that customer because its not available. It’s a major con in the pro’s and cons list but isn’t enough to leave anything other than a 5 star review.

In the course of helping people with their eCommerce websites, I’ve found Jilt to be the best abandoned cart and marketing tool of them all. We consistently recover carts in the 10-15% range, which is so much better than losing that revenue altogether. I did a fair bit of shopping around for an abandoned cart plugin for WooCommerce. It’s for my customer’s site which is a high volume e-commerce store so I needed something that was going to be reliable and professional.
This was the only one that I found that had all the features I need. The email designer is fantastic, and the emails come out looking great – I’ve tested it thoroughly and emails come through on time, every time.
I had a fair few questions for support when I first signed up and all my questions were answered.
Would highly recommend if you have a WooCommerce site – it’s THE PLUGIN.
