This plugin is so simple it confused me, i was trying to work out how to connects to the twitter API. It doesn’t (as it says in the description) it adds metadata to each post and when you post the link in the twitter app it ‘all just works’!
Only thing i would like to see added is the ability for twitter:description to be populated from the Excerpt text not the body text. There seems to be an option to do this but it seems it doesn’t work?

Developer corrected the way the feature worked within 5 days of me raising the issue.

I’ve been using this for a wee while now and I love it. It’s super easy to set up, and the results look great. I don’t do well with complicated things but I was able to get it working. The Dev is quick to respond to issues and fix problems.

I attempted to install the plugin on three computers. The install worked on one. On the other two machines, the settings link does not appear and if I point my browser to the URL for the settings page I see “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

It showed on pages before now there is no entry at all?
Shame as it did work.
** UPDATE **
I have now had to totally remove this plugin due to it causing issues with my product pages, I would get an error ” WordPress Failure Notice ” this would come up on a new page.
I went through all my plugins and deactivated all of them, reactivated one by one and BINGO JM Twitter Cards was to blame.
I notice the developer of this plugin does not really have many constructive comments on here so most probably not a good idea to invest in this plugin.

Plugin works but images get cropped whether I want them to or not.
In looking at the plugin code its WAY WAY too fat. This thing gobbles up memory for a ridiculously simple result of 4 lines of Meta code.
Best way to do twitter cards is Yoast if installed, if not, just grab the easy markup at WP Beginner or elsewhere. It’s literally like 12 lines of code .vs. this things hundreds and hundreds.

For some reason I’ve struggled to get Twitter Cards to work on my site previously.

Installed it, followed (carefully) the instructions to set-up, applied to Twitter cards and within a few days I got approved. Haven’t had any problems using summary cards (haven’t tried any of the others).

It works fine, but the styles he used in the dashboard doesnt follow the regular WP style, and that sucks! It totally breaks the uniform dashboard style..
Plus, documentation is really bad, I cannot understand a single word from your videos
