After getting to know how to use the program I was able to completely set this up for my Photography business. I have multiple Photographers in Multiple locations and this program allows me to set up a customer booking system that is very easy for even the most novice computer user. I have tried many others booking programs and for the price this one is the best. (NOTE) By default the program is set up for Massage Therapists I was able to change that under Settings>Languages>English. Did a quick search for Massage Therapist and Massage Therapists. Changed both those to Photographer and Photographers. You can change that for any title you want.

I have been using Joe Booking since it was HitAppoint Solo, 4+ years?
It has gotten easier to use even as it has achieved more features! It has remained stable though updates. The support is exceptional, responsive and helpful.
My students spanned the globe and I was spending WAY too much time figuring out time zone conversions alone! Once I found this plugin, useless scheduling quagmires ended. My business almost tripled!
I didn’t want to pay a monthly subscription fee for an online booking service, or publish my appointment calendar anywhere other than my own website. The price has been the best money I have ever invested in my business!

unable to change the “massage therapist” title to other types of suppport like ‘facial specialist” .. basically a poor design

Checked many other booking and appointment plugins. JoeBooking by far had the most features, scheduling multiple appointments was the most desirable. Very happy with support. Did have some issues with accordions due to old versions of jQuery being used by CherryFramework. Prompt support and concise help and fixes.

I tried several plugins and this is by far the best one. The others had problems or looked tacky. Joebookings has a professional appearance and some nice features considering I’ve got the unpaid version.

I went through several of these appointment plugins until I found Joebooking and this one is easilythe best one I tried. Not only does it work properly but it has some really nice added features. I like being able to list the different services (different webinars), their descriptions, and the clean interface. Looks really professional and I highly reccomend it. Generous features for the unpaid version, which is what I’m using.

This plugin started off good but then started to have a lot of issues right away.

Admin nav bar things started to become missing and takes 2-3 day to get a support response.

Moving on to something else.

I’ve been using Joebooking in its previous form for a few years, and can say that it is solid and reliable.

I get over 100 bookings per day, and it is able to handle it with ease.

It is, by far, the best appointment booking solution, integrates seamlessly with wordpress, and the developer is quick to fix bugs while being open to reasonable feature suggestions and requests.

This may be one of the best crafted WP plugins I’ve encountered

This system keeps getting better, with strong updates, responsive admin support and the developers’ flexibility with feature requests. Can’t recommend it enough.
