]]>I created the mega menu in firefox. I set it up so when you hover over a drop down menu main item, the drop down menu appears. Then, as you hover, the sub menus will extend out. Nothing happens in google chrome, but when you click the main button, it goes straight to the main page, which is what it’s supposed to do. But the drop down menu doesn’t appear.
So far, I’ve tested it in chrome, edge, and firefox. And it only has issues in chrome.

Hello,
as you can see I can see the menu bar in body of homepage – https://181.224.137.59/~cgkindus/
but I can’t get it to show in header and I specified for 2 items to appear in one column so I was expecting to see 2 columns in 1 drop down.
thx
Does this plugin work for footer menu dropdowns?

]]>I can’t figure out how to use the jQuery Mega Menu as my main navbar at the top of the page. I am using the i-transform theme. (https://www.ads-software.com/themes/i-transform)
I dragged the jQuery Mega Menu widget to my sidebar and configured it. Then I commented out my original navbar’s code and replaced it with this:
<?php if ( !function_exists('dynamic_sidebar') || !dynamic_sidebar('my_mega_menu') ) : ?><?php endif; ?>
and added this to functions.php:
if ( function_exists('register_sidebar') ){
register_sidebar(array(
'name' => 'my_mega_menu',
'before_widget' => '<div id="my-mega-menu-widget">',
'after_widget' => '</div>',
'before_title' => '',
'after_title' => '',
));
}
But that doesn’t work.
How can I use the mega menu as my main navbar using the i-transform theme?
]]>Hi
I am using twentyten v.16. and WPMU 3.5
When I insert mega menu code into header.php in child theme, where existing main menu code is, the result is a BLANK mega menu bar that takes up 100% width above the header image, even though the mega menu code is inserted AFTER the header image.
Then, as you would expect the mega menu appears below the image as a working menu with menu titles etc. The only issue here is that the sub menu opens up from directly underneath the blank mega manu bar which for some reason appears above the header image.
If I place the mega menu code in the header.php as first item in header, all is ok, but this is not the desired outcome.
Can somebody help with this. Maybe some positioning rule…?

or Anyone else who can help ??
Does the JQuery Mega Menu plug support the use of PHP template tags? If so, what’s the tag I should be using to insert a JQuery Mega Menu menu into my theme?
I’ve been told by my theme creator’s tech support that using a template tag or the widget class name will be the best way to install a new menu in my theme’s header. I’ve tried the installation on the Design Chemical website to no avail.
Thanks so much for your time!
]]>Hi,
I would like to replace the default main nav bar on my website with one created using this plugin. My website is built on the “Foxy” theme by Elegant Themes. I contacted Elegant Theme’s tech support for assistance on how to do this and here’s what I was told:
Replace this text in the header.php file
<?php
$menuClass = 'nav';
if ( 'on' == et_get_option( 'foxy_disable_toptier' ) ) $menuClass .= ' et_disable_top_tier';
$primaryNav = '';
if ( function_exists( 'wp_nav_menu' ) ) {
$primaryNav = wp_nav_menu( array( 'theme_location' => 'primary-menu', 'container' => '', 'fallback_cb' => '', 'menu_class' => $menuClass, 'echo' => false ) );
}
if ( '' == $primaryNav ) { ?>
<ul class="<?php echo esc_attr( $menuClass ); ?>">
<?php if ( 'on' == et_get_option( 'foxy_home_link' ) ) { ?>
<li <?php if ( is_home() ) echo( 'class="current_page_item"' ); ?>><a>"><?php esc_html_e( 'Home','Foxy' ); ?></a>
<?php }; ?>
<?php show_page_menu( $menuClass, false, false ); ?>
<?php show_categories_menu( $menuClass, false ); ?>
<?php }
else echo( $primaryNav );
?>
with
<?php the_widget('Widget_Class_Name'); ?>
My question to you is, what widget class name do I need to use for the above code to function properly?
Thanks so much!
