Here is the crazy problem. Your helpdesk went blank. I was perplexed because it always worked. To get your help desk plugin to work, I cannot have any text or instructions or images on the page. I can’t have a title. It just gives me the helpdesk and that is it. If I insert text or image, etc. Your plugin won’t show.

]]>Hello, i recently updated the plugin from an old version and i’m getting fatal error on activation.
From the website logs i found out the culprit:require_once(/var/www/vhosts/example.com/adminpanel/includes/plugin.php): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in?/var/www/vhosts/example.com/wp-content/plugins/js-support-ticket/js-support-ticket.php?on line 1199
I’m using the plugin WP Hide & Security Enhancer?to rename and hide the default wp-admin url and your plugin is trying call files with the absolute path using this changed url.
Apparently i can fix this by only leaving ” $wp_admin_path = ABSPATH . 'wp-admin/includes/admin.php';
“, and this is also for the functions after the one in the error.
I hope you can give a look into this and fix it soon

I need to make conditions in the email template that goes to the administrator.
I have 2 custom fields, but I would like to print in the mail the value of one of them depending on what a user enters.
I have tried to make them with these 2 options and none of them have solved my problem:
Op. 1: {% if ufield_24="1970-01-01" %} {ufield_35} {% else %} {ufield_24} {% endif %}
Op. 2: {$ if ufield_24="1970-01-01" $} {ufield_35} {$ else $} {ufield_24} {$ endif $}
When making these conditions it is because if you send the empty date fields it sends the date as "1970-01-01".
Is there any other way to show the empty date field when the user does not type in any date field?
Or how can I make the IF conditions in the mail template?

There is this problem that I hope you can help me with.
I have a jQuery error on the page that the user wants to send the ticket from and it’s preventing the body of the message from being sent. No matter what you input in the editor, you get an error along the lines of “the message field cannot be empty”. (Sorry I use a translated version so I don’t know the original message)
I realize it’s a problem on my end and I have this problem with any other helpdesk plugin that uses tinyMCE. by the way, if I switch to the HTML editor, the message gets sent without a problem. The problem only exists in the Visual Editor.
So my question is, is there any way I can replace the visual editor with a simple Textarea to get around this problem?

]]>I deactivated the plugin and the white screen of death that provided a critical error went away. Here is what would happen. I would get the critical error page if I typed ezgobiz.com but if I typed in the full address, https://ezgobiz.com it would take me to the webpage with no errors. It’s like the htaccess redirect wouldn’t work anymore. The instant I deactivated the JS Desk plugin, I could type ezgobiz.com, and the site worked and redirected me behind my SSL again.
]]>jshelpdesk is not showing on it’s pages anymore. It worked for about a month. no errors in webserver error log. there is no code showing upon inspecting the page. I’m not sure what to provide to someone so they could help me with this.
I use the exact same plugins and theme on another website and jshelpdesk on that website is still working without issue. I copied the plugins and themes folder from one website to this one.

I get “headers already sent” errors when JS Help Desk attempts to set a cookie. PHP setcookie is not allowed if the header has already been set.
This occurs at \js-support-ticket\includes\classes\wphdsession.php line 60.
My quick patch is to make it conditional:
