Hi. I’m using the review carousel and want to change the title through the shortcode. The issue I’m having is that the title gets loaded correctly for a split second but then gets overwritten to whatever is defined in the header title section in the judge.me options page.
The shortcode I’m using –

Is there a reason the plugin hasn’t been tested / updated to accommodate the last 3 WordPress updates?

]]>Hi, I’ve heard great things about judge.me and really wanted to try it for myself. However, I run into several critical problems that made me disable the plugin until they are resolved.
Conclusion: The reviews don’t seem to show up (the widget does show, by the way) and there’s the text ‘Array’ at the top of my screen.
]]>Everything is running smooth except the option to leave a review is just not there. I tried disabling my theme and all plugins (minus woo & judge.me) to no avail. Any ideas? Or maybe a setting I am missing? I’m not really sure when it stopped working to try and pinpoint any changes.
]]>I’m having problems displaying the stars of the reviews properly, both in the widget where I show the latest reviews on the main page, and in the service products when creating a new review, it doesn’t show or load the stars so that users can choose the Rate. Any suggestions?

Recently, we spent a lot of time on optimizing our website speed. However, with the wprocket support, it was found only judgeme plugin trigger the full cache clearing function rocket_clean_domain() in wprocket rocket. The evidence is below:

I understand that if a new review is received, the full cache is triggered when a new customer review is received. But I am not sure why judgeme has this daily clearing cache function. Is it because I enabled the feed function in the dashboard:

If my analysis is right, can I disable it without affecting the XML operation in GMC?
NOTE: I have manually uploaded the XML to Google merchant center and product review status in GMC is alive and successful.

I have set up the Review Widget using the provided shortcode [jgm-review-widget], and the review functionality is working as expected. However, I am not seeing the Q&A tab displayed on my store’s pages.
According to the documentation available at https://help.judge.me/en/articles/8420858-questions-and-answers-q-a, the Q&A tab should be part of the Review Widget when the Q&A feature is enabled. I have followed the installation and customization instructions, but the Q&A tab is not visible.

]]>First off let me say I love Judge.Me. Great plugin, great service, great support. This is just one issue bugging me right now. Page speed insights for my site are all lit up red because of the shopify_v2.js file used by Judge.me to serve review data to WC AND Shopify. My question is, why don’t you remove the Shopify stuff and just serve the JS required for your service to function on WooCommerce?
I know page speed isn’t everything, but it is something. This would be a benefit to anyone using either platform, because the unused code wouldn’t need to be downloaded. It seems like over half of the shopify_v2.js file is only applicable to Shopify.
