If I created two more sites for translations, how can I reference categories and other taxonomies?

I have created three websites, one for each language.

• Portuguese
• Spanish
• English (which should be x-default)

I have installed the plugin on each of them.
However, even though I have marked only the English page as x-default, the plugin is injecting unsolicited x-default references (to the page itself).

As a result, I have more than one x-default reference, and one of them still points to the wrong place.

How do I fix this?

I’m designing accessible wordpress sites with Advanced Custom Field (ACF), combined with the classic editor. I would like to ask if it is possible to have the keys available also for the basic version of the ACF wysiwyg editor. Currently it only works for the full version.

I’m internationalizing my blog and your plugin is excellent! Adding hreflang to the post edit page is much better than the other options, especially when you optimize the slug for SEO.

On my websites, I use ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) and Elementor, and I would also like to call the custom fields that you created for the posts (the URLs) in the frontend, thus creating links so that users can access versions in other languages.

Any ideas on how to do this? I thought about registering your plugin’s custom fields in ACF so I can call them. But I don’t know how you named them in your plugin.

Hey, your plugin is great but maybe you can extend the options. When I do a SEO audit in Semrush I get the error “No self-referencing hreflang”, related to the categories and tag pages. Can you extend this in your great plgun? Thank you ??

Hey, is it possible that the field x-default is added to adjust. Now it has no value and benefit for Google indexation for UX. It would be a great add-on for this plugin.

I would like to make some feature requests for your plugin:

• Translation ready: I would like to make a translation to german
• Gutenberg editor: the button “lang” is correct implemented, the button for “hreflang” is not visible and reachable in the editor menu – also not in the link option
• Will there be further maintenance of your plugin – it is indeed still working with current version of WordPress (5.8.2)

Can this plugin be updated to add a multilingual sitemap.xml?

I’m using Sublanguage as my multilingual plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/sublanguage/

but it doesn’t generate a multilingual sitemap.xml file.
