it does what it says. but it does more than what it says. that is why i uninstall this.
When a customer accept the offer, cart page is, of course, refreshed. Then offer popup comes again. If a customer hit accept button, it is going to repeat endlessly.

Looking for a way to offer customers a special purchase offer on the cart page, and this plugin fit the bill nicely. I was able to set up our first offer within minutes – the interface made it easy to do. I found support to be very responsive, too. A question about features was answered almost immediately. Two thumbs up – thanks so much!
