KB Linker conflicts with phpBay Pro.

eBay auctions no longer display on posts when KB Linker is activated.

KB Linker not link all instances of the word.

We have the word stuck on the site https://travelaccommodationsinternational.com/are-you-ready-to-travel-and-make-some-money/ with it linking to our opt-in. Only one instance of the word (see last paragraph) is linked. What do we need to do to get all three linked?
