Hi, have been working with the Twitter Feed Kebo with no problems for years. Now it shows Error 23.239.13.127, API not connecting.
Someone knows this error, what can I do to solve it?
Are there other plugins eventually I can use for twitter feed? Thank you!!

]]>Since twitter have changed their requirements due to GDPR, the plugin now gives an error when trying to connect to a twitter account from the admin side.

The reply, re-tweet and favorite links should have actual text in the link and not just in the title attribute. Some screen readers will not read the title attribute depending on what browser is begin used (i.e. IE11), and will not show anything if styles are disabled.

I’m encountering an issue where the JSON coming back from twitter shows the truncated flag as being set for certain tweets. These tweets are missing images as a result.
Googling revealed that Twitter had changed the interface to include a tweet_mode=extended parameter that, when included in a REST endpoint, will allow retrieving the entire tweet without truncation.
Is there a way to correct this?

I am currently building a site for a music venue, and have used the Kebo Twitter Feed (its great! best feed widget I’ve used as of yet!).
However, got a bit of an odd problem. The venue in question often types out tweets about shows, and then on the day of the show (or nearer the time) they will re-tweet their own tweet, instead of typing out a new one. Even with Retweets selected to be shown, Kebo is not pulling through these tweets.
Any ideas why? Or what I can do to make it pull through the tweets?

(p.s another thing I thought might be good is if the ktweet container div could be given a separate class when a tweet is a retweet, so that they could be styled slightly differently to standard tweets. I can create a work around for now, but it would be a handy addition I think!).

]]>I just created a WP site for my business and linked it to Twitter feed. When I post my business URL on Twitter, it does not show the default image in WP and it shows my business name with an ampersand not the word ‘and’ (it’s important that it’s ‘and’ not ampersand). I don’t have this issue with Facebook, which is also linked with my WP site. Any way to address this? Hope that makes sense, thanks.

In the notes of your plugin you give an example of a short code:

In the list of available options for the shortcode, you say that the offset can have values of: 1 – 50.
For me the offset attribute can only be either true or false or I get the following error:
array_slice expects parameter 1 to be array, object given in ....pluins/kebo-twitter-feed/inc/shortcode
I am not actually sure what the offset actually does?
Is the offset to skip some tweets? Does an offset of 1 mean that the feed will skip the first Tweet?

like I mentioned in an older post, there is a bug in /inc/widget.php and in /inc/shortcode.php. In both files you implement the template parts like this:
get_template_part( 'views/kebo-twitter-list' ); (e.g. widget.php, line 140)
Doing so means, that some variables are not passed / are empty and my custom template always returns “Sorry, no tweets found”. Please change the code to:
require(locate_template('views/kebo-twitter-list.php'));

I have been using Kebo Twitter Feed for a few weeks in my local development environment and everything has been working fine.
Today I uploaded everything to the staging environment at my web host and started to see the following error message:
“Sorry, no Tweets were found.“
In the settings page, when I clicked on the Debug Tweet Data link, the following was in the “Debug – Cached Tweet Data” popup:
“{“expiry”:1458280085}“
It will be great if you can advise what might have gone wrong? Is there anything specific that I should let my web host know? As I mentioned, everything worked great when I was testing locally.

I am writing this on behalf of a client who is having trouble with their Kebo Twitter widget. I have had a look for her, and when going into the settings of the widget, I get the error message:
“API Status 23.239.13.127 Error. Your site cannot connect to the Kebo API, this will prevent the plugin from functioning as expected. You are welcome to ask for help on the support forum.”
Along with this, a table says:

Previously, over the past day or two Kebo Twitter Feed was unable to “unable to connect to the host” when trying to retrieve the tweets from my connected twitter account. I choose to disconnect the twitter account from the plugin hoping that when i reconnect it I may rectify the issue.
I am now having a problem using the “Connect to twitter” button on wordpress to connect the plugin to a twitter account. Every time I attempt to “Connect to twitter” the webpage just times out.
Can anyone assist me in connecting a twitter account or explain what may be the problem?

I used Kebo plugin that I found nice. But as I had to update wp version to 4.4.1, kebo’s version seems to be limited to 4.3.2 version of WP.

We had a big problem with this plugin on multisite. It cause a very abnormal high increase of usage disk. And there is only few blogs which uses it. We can’t let it in our platform.
We are investigate to know if we fork it and restrict the requests each 6 hours (as we use varnish too) or if we choose another solution.

I have a problem on my site https://kingstonmorris.org/ where Kebo can’t connect to the Kebo API. The error message is Connection timed out after 1000X milliseconds, I have tried refreshing the connection, revoking and re-granting access. The site is newly launched but the Kebo feed worked perfectly during the development cycle and only (I think) stopped working late yesterday. Any suggestions as to how I can resolve this?

Just a quick question. Is there anyway that I can have muliple feeds on one site / wordpress installation? What I mean is is there a way to have twitter for one feed on the home page but also have a twitter feed of another account on another page but using the same wordpress installation?
Love the simplicity of the plugin and would like to use again just need the ability to add a feed from another twitter account on a subpage.
Any ideas if possible or any other way to do this. Must have the ability to include images in the feed.
