Like other star rating plugins “Kento Star Rate” does the job, it’s quick to install and use, but lacks option to manually place stars to desired location.
+ Easy to install and use.
– No “total votes”.
– No shortcode to place stars manually.
– No translation options.

Just installed this widget, i can see the ksr setting, but can’t find the way to use it! i don’t know where to find it for me to add it to post or page!
