I′m installing the plugin for first time. I have already create ostickets database and running ok.
On configuration screen, I′m asked for Default Department on Contact Page: next to this option is a dropdown with only the option “select a department”.
Which is the way to create the departments into the plugin?. I already have my departments in osticket database…

]]>Hello , when I have two problems:
1- when I access as logged user, I obtain the form to create the ticket (with captcha), but when I click submit, I obtain a blank page and the ticket is not created.
2- When I access to the page that contains the form as guest, the page is blank and doesn’t contain the form.
I can create a ticket only in the page panel administrator of wordpress under tickets/create ticket

We have WP on one server and the helpdesk on another server /domainname.
Will this work?

Hi, can you please tell me if this plug-in is working or dying?
Why do I ask? Well there are numerous posts here that are not answered or have delayed answers or have complaints.
I am very interested in the plug-in; including the additional purchased extras, but I will not invest my money if there is no support.
I’m using WP version 4.8.1 and Osticket version 1.10. But I have the following problems:-
Will not allow attachments in the back-end or frontend, states I have to install the attachment plug-in in Osticket, I have done this X 5, attachments work fine in Osticket and directory permissions are correct.
Trys to reference dept_name and dept_id even though these tables do not exist in the database, changing the version used does get rid of this, but then doesn’t reflect the version I am using? I’ve also added the columns in the database and copying values from id & name, which also gets rid of the issue.

I could not make it work with version 4.8 of WP.

The plugin is not sending out an email once a new ticket is created in the WordPress front-end using the form generated by the shortcode.
Using the plugin version: 1.4.0
Using WordPress version: 4.8 although it already did not work in WordPress 4.7.5

Now I have big problems in wordpress. I have all tickets in the list, but there is no content in the tickets.
Is my problem the v1.9.15 or the german version? Or both?

After upgrading osTicket and “Key4ce osTicket Bridge” all the users unable to upload attachments during ticket creating as shown below but on reply message the users able to upload the attachments!!!

I’ve done some looking around it seems that the plugin is sending the wrong email address to the phpmailer but I can’t figure out exactly where that is being generated on the resubmit.
Anyway, thanks for continuing this project and good luck with your new website, it’s coming along nicely.

Thanks a lot again for coming up with the 1.10 compatibility so soon. I have been testing it for my site and it works fine for me till now.
But the only thing that I have seen go wrong is when I post a reply it does get saved but the page goes blank. I tried it on the basic theme(twentysixteen) and it was a problem even there.
Do you happen to know what might be the reason for it to not work?

]]>I’ve got the plugin integrated into my site and OS Ticket site. When tickets are submitted using the form on my wordpress site, they are getting created and logged, but not assigned to the agent associated with the selected help topic.
Is this a known-issue with entering tickets through wordpress plugin. Where can I begin with troubleshooting why tickets aren’t getting auto-assigned to agents based on the rules I’ve configured in OSTicket.

]]>Hi guys, i discovered your plugin couple of hours ago. The config and deployment in wordpress is really great, even the translation process is very easy.
My only problem is that the line “To best assist you, please be specific and detailed in your reply.” can’t be translated, i mean, my po file have this phrase translated to spanish but when i upload the mo and po file to my server, that line doesn’t show the text in my language, only in english, its the only line with this weird problem.
Do you know how to get this working? Many of my clients doesn’t know english at all.
BTW, if you need help with the spanish translate i can help you sending you my po and mo file configurated to es_MX or es_ES languages.

Product 1 and Product 2 are child help topics of Software. When I view this in osTicket I see the following:

It seems as if the plugin is not recognizing that Product 1 and Product 2 are child help topics of Software.

How can I get the “Select User Type” when I create a new ticket in the front end and if user is not on the list then I get a pop up to enter new user information into OSTicket.
