This would be a really great add on if it was updated more frequently. It does not support the latest osTicket version and the website given is one big advertisement for a hosting company. It looks like the author has give up on this project.

Key4ce & Team really knows what they’re doing. Plugin fully works as expected. Only issue I had was guest tickets not being a feature.. For now.. As I was told it’s in development. But if you’re looking for a working osTicket plugin for your registered clients, just use this. It’s perfect and updated almost daily.

Great plugin that does what it says. Just connect with the osTicket and allows you to configure the CSS in order to make it look like your website.
The support is great, the developer contacted me with many posts in the forum and by mail in order to help me correcting some bugs.
Now is perfect for all the people who needs to connect this two nice tools: WP and OsTicket.

This is great progress from the original plugin. Once the few bugs are cleared out, this will certainly deserve 5 Star rating.
