When I try to access the Settings page, I get the following error:

I have Query Monitor installed, and it reports this as the error:

The message above was triggered by Core.

Kindred Posts is the only plugin experiencing this error; all of my other plugins work fine.

I’m on OSX and using Chrome. Everything is up to date.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I liked your plugin. I’m trying in the file (renderer.php) add the line

$data["post_category"] = the_category();

displays only the last category displayed on all posts. How do I display categories for posts? Thanks.

I will no longer be able to maintain the Kindred Posts plugin after WordPress version 4.8 but I would love to see this plugin live on and improved upon. There have been some suggestions that could be incorporated.

Hey , For me recommendation doesn’t work as expected and I am getting same set of Posts all the time. But when I tried with test mode , I am getting different recommendation . What would be the issue?

I have looked at the settings page:
I am wondering if visitor information will be shared on the settings page, or perhaps in a Dashboard showing what the visitors look at etc.

The widget looks well done.
I am of course curious as to which posts would show up. As in how relations are created between posts and if I could go manually in and adjust.

I will test it out some and get back to you.

Testing:
I installed and said yes to auto updates. Next it said Auto enable updates on WordPress.com…. kinda puzzled me on that one. I skipped that part.

I brought in a widget into the After Entry widget area, and right now it is only showing one recommended post the newest post. I will leave it on for a few days and see what happens. Sometimes I want to connect specific posts with older posts that are similar so we will see what happens.
