I have disabled and reactivated all my plugins, and I’m afraid Kino is the culprit. It is prevents me from being able to ‘add media’ to a page and switch between html and visual editors. There may be more problems, but those are the only ones I have come across so far.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any advice on what to do (I have tried a fresh installation of the plugin)?

The date picker does not allow you to select a date in the future, and you cannot set one by hand.

This has been messing with my admin stuff for awhile now, and finally it actually broke something.

Something broke with the jquery UI datepicker. It doesn’t work anymore. Actually, it doesn’t work *anywhere* in my WP admin. That’s a problem. So, goodbye Kino! I liked your little widget… but you didn’t stay up-to-date.

hi, i’m using this plugin.
in a widget, whan i hovet an event i can see this flying wondow saying “null” – i guess it shuld show the event details… how can i fix this please ?

This plugin would be awesome, but I can’t use it because it doesn’t have an option for annually-recurring events. It has daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly, but not annually.

with this plugin all the style in widget is broken

Calendar widget displayed, but when I click on the event in the calendar, it just took me to my blog page and the event was not listed.

The plugin is failing to locate the ‘kino-events.php’ file.

I have deactivated all plugins and the error still occurs.

I’ve been trying to remove seconds from the time stamp, but no success so far. I think I have to change g:i:s to g:i somewhere in the files, but I don’t know where.

Now it shows like this:
28/02/2011, 12:00:00 – 14:00:00

And I want it to show like:
28/02/2011, 12:00 – 14:00

Is there anyone here that can help me?

I really love this little sidebar calendar and try to include it on all my sites. But it conflicts with other jquery plugins and I have not been able to find a slideshow that works with it. So it’s either Kino or the slideshow.

I thought I would ask here if anyone knows of a simple image rotator / slideshow that doesn’t conflict with Kino? Nothing fancy, just the simplest thing will do.

Or do you know of a script change that I could make that would relieve the conflicts?

I am testing the plug-in and like it a lot. I would like to know if there is a way to change the links so that they can point to my Blog pages. Or, have no links at all on the calendar.

I would like it to just display the events, and have the mouseover effect. I don’t want it to link to anything. If it HAS to link to something, I would like it to link to my current Blog/Events page.

Is this possible?

Is it possible to use a different template for the event pages? I notice the usual template options are not available on these pages and I would really like to use something a bit different to my normal page template.

At the moment the main page where all events are loaded with the shortcode [events] shows locations and dates. This is not the case on a single event page. How could I load these details on a single-events.php?

Translated Kino Events Calendar and added events. Issue now is that I need the most recent upcoming events to come up, not the most recent added the way the are displayed on a page where they are loaded with the shortcode [events]. How can that be achieved?

I see the latest Kino Events is based on Custom Post Types, which is great. But how can a visitor go to the events main page now? I do no longer see a way to load the Agenda on an agenda page with a shorttag. When I go to https://www.domain.com/events I wind up with a 404. Only going to a single even like https://www.domain.com/event/santa-claus is possible.

I created a test event for Dec 5, 2010. I can see it using preview or using the shortcode [ events ]. I put the widget calendar on the sidebar and I can see a calendar in the sidebar. But, it doesn’t show the event!

New download/install; no prior versions; had other event Calendars that were deactivated and deleted prior to Kino Events Calendar install.

What am I missing?

Just saw you have a new version of Kino Event Calendar which is awesome! I quickly checked the log, but did not see an indication for what changes have been made. As I translated many elements in the plugin I am hesitant about upgrading. Has a feature been added to easily translate all vocabulary to another language using a .pot, .po and .mo file yet?

Using Kino and CformII with data picker seems to cause a JavaScript conflict that causes Cform data picker not to load. Unfortunately I need both and cannot drop either one of them. Any solutions?

The ? as Moza?ek displayed wrongly in popup and shows up as a capital A. How come and how can it be adjusted?

Am I not configuring the plugin to allow it to display links? I tried everything from manually adding the HTML a href code, and nothing worked.

When this plugin is activated, it breaks the menus within the settings for other plugins. Try this: 1) make sure this plugin is deactivated, 2) install & activate the Postie plugin, 3) go to Settings -> Postie and see the various menus available (Mailserver, User, etc.) which you can click on, 4) activate this plugin, 5) go back to Settings -> Postie, 6) the menus still appear but you can’t click on them. The content for all of the menus now appears in one, long stream. Similar results with the Theme My Login plugin: the menus “flatten” — and one actually disappears altogether.
