I’ve used Kint since I took your training through Know The Code. I’ve recommended this plugin to many, many developers. But, changing the admin color scheme while Kint is active is only going to anger users, unless they absolutely love coffee. (Which I don’t, by the way) The colors are bothersome to eyes that have problems to begin with. I’ve disabled that functionality in the recent update on. What a shame!
If your WP version is 4.7.4 the plugin breaks as it shows the ‘require’ file not found error ……. just go to the plugin directory and run composer install
and the plugin will work .
Know the plugin was not tested for 4.7.4 , just wanted to let if anybody had this problem .
Hi,

No varname is displayed in Kint output
N.B The var name is missing in the
as well:

<var>integer</var>5

→

Hi. Thanks for making this available. https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/kint-debugger had a nice Debug Bar integration, are you guys interested in doing that? Query Monitor has automatic Debug Bar integration, so you could support both these powerful debugging plugins in one shot.
Hi,
I was debugging a form admin type of plugin and the report works great but the page is not able to be displayed (only the report). Under the report, there is this error message:
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/extremra/sandbox/wp-content/plugins/kint-php-debugger/src/raveren/kint/Kint.class.php:263) in /home/extremra/sandbox/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1207
Thanks for listening ??
