Problems in the plugin:
The plugin has many problems like
unnecessary fields of information marked “important” in the patient details form, and some important fields like “referred by” are missing.
Billing can only be done with registered patients and after adding an encounter, it is not possible to create bills with any of the two. It is impractical in the real world.
And you don’t get a bed management section in this plugin, neither they have a medicine billing option.
I contacted the support team and had group chats also with them, listing all these improvements I suggested they quoted me for $1799.
I was like, WTF dude? I can get more than 100 plugins better than yours in this amount.
You also can see very aggressive branding, which means even after purchasing and customizing you see KiviCare written everywhere.
See there are better plugins like Smart Hospital, WP Hospital, and WP ERP (in some cases) so just don’t waste money on this joke.
This company is not being handled by the founder, only some bootlickers are in power who want to bring money without actually improving the product.

Plugin lacks of important features: Apointment synchronization with google calendar: if i have booked hours in my google calendar kivikare does not care and let users book apointments in these hours.
Therefore there is no possibility to approve apointments manually. The lack of these 2 features make this plugin useless for real life clinic enviroment.
We’ll probably opt for calendy witch have all these features in the free version. (and we do have pro version fo kivicare. ?? )

Sorry to say that even the plugin is a complete solution for medical clinic but plugin is not working, even though i have added 10+ doctors with sessions but while appointment booking its say “select doctor or clinic is not available”. tried every possible way even though complete uninstalling og WordPress. Wast of money and time.
No way to customize the dashboard, even for paid version. The author does not response to our concerns.
The dashboard is delivered with minified js. In their presentation they said that the dashboard is made with VueJS, but the source is not delivered or does not exist.

N.B: if I’m wrong, please explain to me and to the other customers how we can customize the dashboard, and where can we download the VueJS source code.

The only plugin for running an online digital clinic, fulfilling all of my needs. Some themes and cache plugins may not be compatible but after trying a few themes and by removing the cache plugin I solved the issue which was found in the user interface of the appointment widget provided by this plugin.
Update;
I purchased the pro addon and I am fully satisfied.
I am going to purchase the Zoom telemed addon as soon as possible.

I have tested both free and paid version and the outcome is they went to market too soon, the plugin is totally not working, in future when you develop something in that nature have a thorough research in the industry. the following issues i picked up:
1. The patient can delete their own encounters
2. The patient can delete the reports that are uploaded by doctors
3. The patient can upload reports (that shouldn’t happen)
this is just to mention few issues and i feel like it was a total waste of money to purchase this plugin.

It seems the plugin is pretty young… The Basic Version is fine, but the pro Version does not work like promised. Be carefull with the language settings it causes a blank dashboard. No chance to fix.
The support often does not answer within a proper time.
I hope they will improve.
After two weeks of posting this no response, no support even on their own support forum. Leave your hands from this plugin (pro version) wasted money!

error even after manual uploading lang folder files
Language files not found - (404)
Error info : Directory permission issue. Your setup does not have permission on wp-content/
Solution : Create folder kiviCare_lang on mentioned path wp-content/uploads/
And Copy all language json files from (Plugin) kivicare-clinic-management-system/resources/assets/lang and paste it to wp-content/uploads/kiviCare_lang .Rating: 5 stars
