Can you please remove this plugin!

We are unable to login to the backend of our account at konfirmi.com. Also the plugin is broken on our site.

Here is an example link of a gravity form. We had the konfirmi plugin widget installed on this form, but it was preventing submissions. Here are some of the errors that we encountered.

Uncaught ReferenceError: container is not defined

Uncaught TypeError: can’t access property “parentElement”, this.previousSibling is undefined

Hello friends,
I would like to know If it’s possible to translate to a different language the popup window where my customers will confirme their identity with Video/Picture ID.

My business is for spanish speaking customers not based in the US and would appreciate to have that option. I can even offer the translations needed to be implemented.

I have follow all the steps, but i keep getting “invalid token” on the wp admin konfirmi plugin page. I am able to login from my dashboard and assign the widget, but the widget nevers loads on a inspection in appers as an error: “Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘<‘ “.

And after a while the wp admin konfirmi plugin page, also shows “invalid token”

My settings are WordPress multisite, plugin activeted for all the network.

Any clue or workaround?
