Hi there,
Hope you are well!
I finally activated the new HPOS feature a couple of days ago and since then all new parcelpickup orders do not contain the ‘pakkeshop ID’ – they do however still contain the name of the pakkeshop in the company field of the delivery address and from that I’ve been able to trace which pakkshop it was the customer had chosen.
I would be incredibly thankful if you could take a look at this as I’d love to continue using your great plugin! For the time being I’ve deactivated pakkeshop deliveries completely.
Many thanks and all the best,
]]>Hi there,
I just updated WooCommerce to 6.6 and was immediately presented with this error code:

Hope this is useful and thanks for an otherwise great plugin!

Is there a instruction online I can use?
Kind regards

Hi @bananajones
Hope you are well.
I was just wondering if you ever found a solution to this issue?:
Error / Cache isssue / Undefined
I’m asking as I am experiencing the same thing and I would be super grateful if you’d share the solution if you’ve found one? Also, if you did indeed find a solution, then I guess it would be great to either; 1) get it implemented to the plugin or, 2) suggest a solution in the description of the plugin (ie. if there’s a conflict with WP Rocket or cache plugins in general).
Hope you’ll share and many thanks in advance!
Cheers!
]]>Hi there
There is a problem with the payment page on Woocommerce, the user can’t see the pick up store box, You have to refresh the page to get the locator shown, have deactivated caching plugin etc. but still doesnt work. Could be nice if you found a solution for this, have been necessary to deactivate the plugin again.
Best regards
]]>Hi.
(tested on Chrome browser – on MacBook and Samsung Galaxy)
Some points regarding your plugin. Overall I think it is a good plugin that could be great if these areas are fixed:
– please add a confirm button or similar so the user can confirm the shop they have chosen. Right now the user has the close the overlay / popup on the x in the right upper corner. This is not intuitive or good UX. Especially bad on Mobile.
– if you choose a pickup point on mobile and then want to change this the plugin doesn’t work. It is no longer possible to choose a new pickup point and all address information are registered as “undefined”.
I hope you can get these smaller areas fixed quickly and then the plugin is a really helpful solution.

]]>Hi there @lagersystem,
I’ve just discovered that this plugin doesn’t work with the official WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping extension. I think it would be really useful to be able to use your great plugin together with Table Rate Shipping (as they would support each other really well and are super relevant to each other!) and so I hope you’ll consider making this improvement.
Let me know if there’s anything you need!
Many thanks!
]]>Hi there,
I’m experiencing that the plugin is causing a fatal error on one of my multisite sites. Here’s the error message I see when I put the site in DEBUG mode:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function WC() in /www/wp-content/plugins/lagersystem-dk-parcelpickup-locator-for-woocommerce/admin/class-lagersystem-parcelpickup-woocommerce-admin.php:261 Stack trace: #0 /wordpress/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(287): Lagersystem_Parcelpickup_Woocommerce_Admin->register_shippingoptions('') #1 /wordpress/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(311): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #2 /wordpress/wp-includes/plugin.php(478): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #3 /wordpress/wp-admin/admin.php(175): do_action('admin_init') #4 /wordpress/wp-admin/index.php(10): require_once('/wordpress/wp-a...') #5 {main} thrown in /www/wp-content/plugins/lagersystem-dk-parcelpickup-locator-for-woocommerce/admin/class-lagersystem-parcelpickup-woocommerce-admin.php on line 261
I’m not sure this error is definitely due to the WooCommerce update, but it came right after I had made the update.
Also, there doesn’t seem to be a problem on the other sites in the multisite network.
]]>Hi there @lagersystem,
I just experienced that a customer managed to checkout with the pickup point delivery method, but without having actually picked a location. This is obviously not ideal as it means that a customer can pay less for the delivery if they are aware of this loophole. I cannot really ask them to re-order as the payment has already gone through etc. and so I’m left with no other choice than to send the order directly to the customer’s home address which is more costly.
I’m not entirely sure how the customer managed to do this, but I think they might just have removed the postcode (which will cause the locator to keep looking for a new location, but not find one) and then completed the checkout. But I’m not sure! However, I’ve definitely received an order with this delivery method selected, but with no pickup point details?!
Hope it’s useful that I report this and hope that you’ll be able to find a good solution ??
Many thanks!
]]>Hi there,
Just a suggestion which I hope you’ll find useful – please consider removing ‘Udleveringssted:’ from the shipping details. It makes the address take up a lot of space and it’s already clear that it’s for a pick-up shop because of the pickup shop business name and the ‘Udleverings ID’ being shown. Also, it makes it easier to deal with the metadata if it’s less ‘polluted’ with the prefix. To be clear – I’m not suggesting taking out the pickup shop name – only the prefix: ‘Udleveringssted:’.
Just a suggestion! Hope you’ll find it useful ??
Thanks!
]]>Finally a solution that isn’t Shipmondo and is completely free to use! Thank you!
Will you be putting it on GitHub so that the rest of the WP community can help you maintain and develop this great plugin going forward?
Cheers!
