I want to edit the create_navigation function but it does not work.
I want to get rid of the text “now viewing” and the home_url link inluding $sep.

I just upgraded my localhost server to php 5.5. Using the latest version of the flash browser plugin, the flash uploader doesn’t work at all any more – it seems to go through the motions of uploading images and I see the “ready” bar, but nothing is actually transferred and it never “crunches” large images. There are no related messages in the php log. One client is having these same issues with the flash uploader on another server, too. FTP and the single-image browser uploader do still work, but the client can’t really use either of those.
I wish there were a viable alternative for lazyest – all the other gallery plugins are junk where it comes to actual gallery management AND flexibility for styling, lightbox choice, responsive design, etc.

This whole script seems to be jquery versus php. I don’t understand jquery enough to even know what to change in the code. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. (Even if the jquery has to open a specific WordPress page and pass the image URL to the shortcode on that page) There has to be some way to make this work?

You will see what the problem is, when you click on any of the folders listed in the gallery page. It simply turns back a 404.

I was looking for a gallery wich can publish automaticly images from an folder on the ftp – this plugin does this very well. I use it as an archive for a webcam archive.
Now my Question ist, ist it possible to a datepicker ? When a user enters the homepage and click on “webcam” – there will be the actuall image. And above the image i want to have a datepicker. When the user click on that datepicker a calendar shows up. Now the user picks a date eg. 07.17.2014 and all images shows up from this date.
Is this possible?

]]>I upgraded to 1.1.21 when it came out, but only today went into the admin page on a WP 3.8.3 site. I noticed that the table of images is not sortable. The div and the table have the ids sortimages and sort_images, but the table does not have the sortable class on it. It’s also missing the drag handle column.
All the code seems to be there in the plugin folders, and I don’t get any errors.
I loaded 1.1.21 on a local test site running WP 3.6.1 and it works fine.
I put it on another site I have using WP 3.8.3 and it also does not have the sort capability.
Could it be the newer version of jquery in later versions of WordPress?
As a side note, the table of images always covers the sidebar options on the right of the admin page (New Folder, Users, Viewers) unless I switch to fullscreen. I’m not sure when you changed the layout, but it would sure be better if those were above or below the table of images instead of behind it (some people don’t have a very wide screen).

]]>I tested by uploading two pictures under test album and it was fine. My friend and I went ahead and transfer while gallery from another directory to lg-gallery directory via unix. It works good, but the problem is when I log it out, the whole pictures are not showing in public except two pictures under a test album. Is it a bug or am I doing it wrong?

Recently I’ve noticed my gallery title and canonical url has been changed to “gallery”. It was resolved before by your code from https://brimosoft.nl/2010/12/27/lazyest-gallery-and-seo-plugins/. After reading https://brimosoft.nl/2011/11/25/canonical-url-for-lazyest-gallery-1-1/ I’ve changed the code as said above. No luck, the gallery pages still showing “gallery” as page title. I know you are no longer support Lazyest gallery. I have tried upgrading to Eazyest gallery and failed. Almost everything ruined after downgrading to Lazyest gallery. Now I’ve re installed LG gallery. If you are still able to support this plugin, kindly guide me to get my title and canonical url back.

I have been googling a custom CSS for the lazyest gallery to remove the folder icon -https://comfort.underdogdigital.net/?page_id=11143
All the pages the come up are Brimosoft pages that seem to be broken?
Is there a custom CSS to remove this folder icon?
I found the answer on the Brimosoft site before but with recent update the custom CSS was lost.

I’d like to know if you will be abandoning Lazyest Gallery and only maintaining Eazyest Gallery now. I have determined there are too many obstacles to migrating all my client sites to EG and would prefer to stay on LG.
This goes against my policy of only using well-established, actively supported plugins, but EG provides no real benefit to me and there is no other reason to switch to it. If LG will be abandoned, I may just hack it to add the one or two things I think are missing or could use improvement. Otherwise I will look for another plugin instead.
I do thank you for all your past work on this plugin. I’ve never liked the bloated NextGen plugin and always preferred the admin simplicity of LG better. My clients like it, too.
