Thank you for this nice plugin !
It works well in many environments, but I have the following 2 issues on a new website :
1. nginx / PHP 8.1.23 / WP 6.5.2 / theme Twenty Twenty-Four
2. nginx / PHP 7.4.30 / WP 6.5.2 / theme Twenty Twenty-Four
Hi there
Thank you so much for this stunning yet simple plugin!
I saw that the visitor has to click on the path in order to display infos and download panel on the right side.
I wonder if it would be possible to always display this panel by default
Best regards
Miran

]]>Hi,
I’d like to ask if it is possible to insert links within the popup of the markers? I mean not the description section, but only within the link. I tried with html, but it didn’t work.
Another nice feature would be the possibility to use own marker icons, and the possibility to deactivate the list view (the list emerging with tracks and markers displayed). This seems to work in desktop view, but not in responsive view.
Best regards and thanks for the great plugin,
Christian
]]>Hi,
Thanks for this very useful plugin.
Problem :
Since the last update (5.12 / yesterday), I can’t see map no more.
Could you help me please ?
Hello,
I know that there are some issues on getting the map editor visible. I’m using WP5 and looking for a way to add points, but is it possible to use this plugin in WP5 or do I need to stick with 4.7?
]]>Not sure if this is a plugin issue or wordpress configuration issue. When I try to upload a GPX file wordpress gives me “Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons” I tried both the built-in file uploader and the multi file uploader. How do I fix this? Thank you
]]>Thanks for the plugin, which works fine in the front end.
In the back end the visual view of the editor doesn’t function, when the plugin is active. There is no floating around a little picture for example, too YOAST doesn’t mark any more text passages. The preview of the editor however works fine.
A not admin user cannot disable the plugin for editing text or using Yoast. A hint from you would be great.
Merci d’avance pour votre aide.
]]>Hi,
First of all, thank you for your work on this plugin.
Is it possible to add waypoint from GPX file.
If I well understand, at the moment, the only way is to add manually with the editor or shortcode.
Thank you
Jonathan
Hello,
I am creating a map with my cycle tracks (gpx). However, when testing I see a white border around each tile in the map. How do I fix this? When I put the map on fullscreen it disappears.
Thanks in advance,
Tim
The start and end points are little blue points. And it’s not possible to change them
]]>I added and activated the plugin.
After that added the shortcode to a new page and tried to showed a gpx file i recorded with locus map on my android phone.
The page only shows the spacer where the map should be, but thats all. It neither shows the map or a trail or anything else. I tried to add markers by itself and it just shows the same empty “box”. Even when i try it with the gpx file provided by the plugin author on the demosite, I get the same result.
Either there is something wrong with the plugin or some connflicts going on. Can someone point me in the right direction please?
Thanks
]]>Hi,
It would be fantastic if you could integrate this Leafletjs plugin: https://github.com/elmarquis/Leaflet.GestureHandling/
It creates similar functionality to google maps, whereby as you hover over the map it prompts you to use ctrl+scroll to zoom the map so the user doesn’t get ‘trapped’ on the map when trying to scroll past it.
You can see the demo here: https://elmarquis.github.io/Leaflet.GestureHandling/examples/
I know your current plugin allows you to disable zooming by mousewheel but I think implementing this would be an even better solution. It also disables 1 finger panning on mobile which is great.
]]>Hi
I’m trying to use this plugin in a WP 4.9.8 with thois shortcode :

And on the portfolio page I only have a blank square : https://www.ato-photos.com/photos/islande-episode-1-le-jour-le-plus-long/
In browser console there is this error :
ReferenceError: lfh is not defined[En savoir plus] lfh-front-min.1.12.0.js:1:1857

Thanks
]]>When I want to add a marker to a map I can either edit a shortcode, or use your map to find a location. It would be VERY helpful if I could add a marker (perhaps via the map) by entering the coordinates directly. Not editing a shortcode, not taking the very long time that it takes to use the map to find a precise location. If I could just insert coordinates and have the marker appear, it would save me a large amount of time. Thanks!

I get this error:
Call to undefined function boolval() in /home/jewishle/public_html/ramblers-leicester.org.uk/wp-content/plugins/lf-hiker/Model/Map.php on line 229

]]>For an example of a map that uses :

I think this is quite a common implementation. Otherwise with full screen maps on a mobile device, it’s possible to get stuck and not be able to scroll down the page past the map.
