I love this plugin, except that it seem to intermittently break my site.

This is the error I get most often:
Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in [path redacted]wp-content/plugins/likeablepress-sendfox-for-divi/my-sendfox-extension.php on line 295

Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

I keep getting reports of 429 errors showing up in place of your plugin’s forms. Any suggestions on how to fix it?
