I can’t find anywhere a solution for this:
I sell handmade products and i need to put a limit for number of products purchased and not for the number of orders.
Furthermore, i don’t want to close the cart over the limit setted but i want to show a message to customers (on the checkout) over that limit that shows a delivery date (global date).

So they can continue to buy but they will have a communication after my purchases limit to show a new delivery date.

I hope i’ve been clear about my problem.. there’s a way to do this?

Hi! I read the documentation for the daily reset time and tried to tweak that for what I need with no luck. Would greatly appreciate help with the following:
I’m currently using the plugin to ‘restock’ weekly on my site, resetting my available number of orders on Sunday. I would like to make this happen at 5pm each week, rather than midnight. Is there a way to do this?

Hey guys! Once again, absolutely love this plugin as it delivers something that nobody else does and it does so perfectly!

My only question would be, is there any way at all to set it to only limit Processing orders instead of all orders? Currently, if somebody places an actual order (being marked as Processing), and two other customers merely add the item to cart / change their mind on the Checkout page, the plugin counts all of that as 3 orders. So technically, if I were to limit it to 10 orders a day, that would mean only 3 actual orders and 7 others where the customers changed their mind.

Any chance this can be achieved currently, or implemented at any point? Thank you so much!

This Addon looks like it could work perfectly for us with a couple of modifications..

We would like to limit purchases to 1 item per customer in a 28 Day or 1 month period (Whichever is easier to accomplish).

This would give everyone a fair chance at a good deal (This is for an internal portal)

After reading some support topics, I realize I am having the same issues than some of the users. The plugin creator replies that he already developed the fix, which is the 1.3.1 update, but I can’t update the plugin from WP admin.

Basically, I know when the order total has been reached it calls the WooCommerce Notices panel, but I want to add something to my homepage or header.

So is there a way to call the plugin like if plugin orders reached? Is there a function or variable I can reference in my if statement? So I can then use it to show a div or whatever.

To try the operation I have blocked automactically only one command per day.
As I am in a staging environment, I can pay by check to activate, the order arrives in “Pending”.
However after processing this “In progress” I can always order beyond the limit indicated.

Would it be possible to have an Order Reset option for a custom time? I have a client who runs a lunch delivery only, they can only take in 100 orders a day so they would like to close orders for the coming day’s menu by 3pm if it doesn’t hit 100 orders and reopen for the next day’s orders, maybe at 7 to 8 pm that same day. If they are limited to the midnight reset, they may lose some peak time for ordering.

I also wanted to know if it’s possible for the plugin to notify if orders hit a 90% threshold or inform when orders are closed out. So far, I haven’t seen anything that fits the bill and from WooCommerce notifications itself, there’s no such function…

I have the latest version 1.3.0 and it stops working randomly.

When it stops working, I have to go into the setting, adjust the limit, and save and it works until it stops working again. Not sure, but I think sometimes it stops working by simply going into the settings page.

I’ve got a Pizzeria that can only make 50 pizzas per day roughly, we’re limiting the orders to 25 as there’s an average of 2-3 pizzas per order.

We set the limit to 100 orders per day, however the orders have exceeded now. We’re currently at 122.

This is a great plugin. Perfect for our client who has a limitation on what they can deliver per day.
Unfortunately, I’ve found a PHP error. Call to undefined function Nexcess\LimitOrders\wc_has_notice()
This seems to happen when the limit for orders has been reached and I go to the backend products page.
I have updated everything to the latest versions. Using PHP 7.2.29.
