Easy to use, self-explanatory, easy to implement into existing PHP code.
I added some additional tweaks …
<a href="<?php the_permalink(); ?>">∞</a> So that index.php still shows permalink to post page on blog.
It would be nice if there was some logic to style the link differently if it was an external link.
