How do I choose which parent page to use to list the child pages?

Thanks for the simple and useful plugin.
Two things:
Please add a Parameter to specify which thumbnail size to display.
We could add the ” – ” with CSS between the linked title and the Excerpt – It’s harder to remove it.

menu_order doesn’t seem to sort correctly.
