Your program does list the posts but for some categories the end of the page info is printed on top of the top of the first post, for other categories all is fine!

I could find no other plugin that deals with “OR/AND” for displaying categories. I can see that this plugin doesn’t have much in the way of documentation, which could explain the lackluster response. It’s a winner in my book!
This effectively allows me to minimize the amount of categories I need to create, and then just pull posts that only rest in BOTH categories.
For example, rather than having to create a total of 25 (current) categories:
2011 <-1
? Winter <-2
? Spring <-3
? Summer <-4
? Fall <-5, etc.
2010
? Winter
? Spring
? Summer
? Fall
(on back to 2007… and in the future)

I can have just 9 (current) categories and simply filter the posts by requesting 2011/winter, 2010/winter, etc:
2011 <-1
2010 <-2
2009 <-3
2008 <-4
2007 <-5
Winter <-6
Spring <-7
Summer <-8
Fall <-9
This plugin effectively allowed me to eliminate having to create redundant/nested categories, and only 1 category will need to be added per year. Wahoo! Thank you, Mapelo! I owe you a beer or a coffee! How can we make that happen?

There are 452 German language food glossary definitions in my site. The taxonomy hierarchy is Regional>German, using Custom Press to create subcategories for the individual language. There are also listings for French, Spanish, Italian etc.
I used the following code (the only one that produced any result)
[postsbycategories array1cat="regional,german" sortby="title" order="ASC" posts_per_page="30"]
. Rather than showing the German only listings, it gave me Regional ones, none of which were German. It also only listed 5 and did not paginate. The option for posts_per_page="-1"
did not work. I did try the stated options to include only German, but that showed no results at all.
Additionally, the format for each listing that did show was the date and title only. I did not want the date to show, but there’s no place to change settings.
Overall, this is a good idea for a plugin, and believe me, I could use it. However, without it working and able to retrieve any specified subcategory (without the category), this is effectively of little use.
