This plugin has served me well over the years but then it started to became buggy, not being able to fetch its JavaScript file. Based on the number of unaddressed GitHub issues and the lack of recent releases (that contain actual fixes) I consider it unmaintained and I stopped using it.

This plugin doesn’t work on WP version 3.6. My page doesn’t load after the comments section and my footer doesn’t appear. The page loading circle just keeps spinning.

Consider using this instead of modd and clutter with user edit comment plugins. This solves the problem.

I was looking for a comments plugin which could combine captcha for spam protection, with the option of including the commenting author’s website, to encourage comments and reciprocal links. This plugin is ideal for these purposes, and can be seen in action here.
