Hi, after i install Wordfence in my wordpress, I have not being able to integrate my third party plugin where i use Koalawriter and Textbuilder ai to make my blog. But because of suddenly I have Wordfence now both of third party plugin I cannot use, and it always come with the error mistake like below:

The plugin not showing some of the devices. Ex. My MD using hornor mobile and the live chat not showing for him and also his laptop too. And I have disbaled the hide for mobile option. Kindly solve the problem.

Locate your clients
Proactive chat
Proactive message per page

What are those?

Can you please confirm from the long list of “Free” features in the description here in WP, are all those really “free forever”, or intermixed with “free for 30 days”?

The main error is in your main php file:

Then note also:

You really need to make it so if a chat agent manages chats on two different sites, that the conversation doesn’t carry over from one site to the other one.

It’s super confusing to a user who had one conversation on one website, go to a different website and see the conversation from the previous site on the second site.

The layout of livesupporti breaks when the chat window is open.

There are no errors in my console on firefox.

I know its appresser because on the desktop version it all loads fine…

First the chat look nice, but not on rtl languages.
Are you going to add rtl support?
I saw you add Hebrew and I able to translate the strings.
The problem is that everything is align to the left, and it need to be align to the right.

So, I have to be logged into /mydomain/wp-login.php and then in Lively Chat in order to use this? I thought there was a way where I could just go to my website and log in or something and use it from that view. The little thing in Livey Chat where you can see who is visiting your website is too small to notice. I hope there is a better way to be alerted than to log in to WP every time. I’ll never get customers like this lmao.
